"Really enjoyed our stay here. It is very family oriented so if you prefer not having kids playing and enjoying themselves- avoid. We were an older couple and wish we could have had our grandchildren with us. Staff is very nice. Coffee is served in the lobby from 7 to noon. Breakfast is not provided. Our space had a full kitchen so we were just fine - eating in or out when we wanted. From what I understand, this is a timeshare facility and spaces open up when owners cancel their available time....

"Very cute and spacious rental at Birch Bay. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. Wish there were black out curtains in the bedrooms to block out bright parking lot lights, but otherwise a perfect stay. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future."

"Truly gorgeous little condo across the street from the beach! Everything is brand new. I think we must’ve been some of the first people to stay there. We loved all the finishes! Beautiful, clean hardwood floors. Check-in was super easy! Walking distance to the state park. The public beach is right across the street. And there’s a couple restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Five out of five stars! We will be back!! Also the kitchen was super well stocked! "
