Absolute seclusion and perfection!
This was our third family New Year holiday here and we loved it just as much this time. We do everything- walks, swimming, kayaking, swimming, tree climbs and the zoo at Nowra, surf wasn’t brilliant, and all great fun! At night there’s the spa and all the silly family games. The house is set up beautifully for a large family group and so clean and well presented. Vicki is a fabulous communicator. Thank you again Vicki!

Magnificent views
Loved this property, my husband and I enjoyed our stay here with our little dog. Comfortable king size bed, well appointed kitchen, very clean and easy to keep clean through our stay. Private and peaceful retreat. We look forward to coming back.

Just THE best family holiday!!
This was my third holiday here and it truly felt like home! I cannot fault this place and we all loved it just as much this time - despite the weather. Indeed weather makes little difference. When it is fine of course they all go swimming, fishing, surfing, bush walking etc. But when it is cooler we found plenty of fun - indeed for a large family (79 to 3) who only come together once a year, it is fantastic. We ate well, laughed, loved the spa, played silly games and generally had a ball - all in an unbelievable setting. The home itself and its facilities are first class and Vicki is just THE best host. Thank you Vicki for providing the venue for what I wanted - a first class setting for family fun and memories! Maybe again next year? Who knows? Can't think of anywhere better than this.

A place to escape
After a very busy few months we just needed somewhere we could 'run away' to for a few days. We chose Vicky's place as the perfect retreat. We wanted somewhere restful, beautiful, homely but comfortable. Well, this placed ticked all the boxes, and then some. Vicky is one of the most efficient and helpful hosts I've ever experienced. Moreover, she is just lovely! Nothing was a problem and she couldn't have been more considerate when we did have an issue (not of the house or our creation, but due to weather conditions). The home itself is well equipped, in fact, I felt like everything I'd ever said should be thought of when holidaying in a 'homestay' environment had been covered here. Each time I turned around, there was something else she'd added or provided to make life easier or comfortable, even supplying towels for the spa and cosy throws on the sofas. (The only thing I'd add is to suggest a couple of lamps, or perhaps just the area lights on dimmers in the living area as we found the lights very bright when just wanting to sit in this area. I wonder too, if putting the fire to gas or installing a slow combustion instead, might be an option in the future? We did very much enjoy the gas heater provided though, and it heated the space beautifully, but we steered clear of the mess and fuss of the open fire on this occasion). We spent our time just enjoying the incredible views. We experienced multiple weather conditions and every one of them brought new vistas! Hint, I'm not a morning person, but the sunrise is worth getting up for! And sunset gifts another show. Hubby rated the bbq very highly, and as a result, he was keen to cook multiple meals. Bring carrots to feed the cows. They are a delight and wandered up most afternoons for a sticky beak and a feed! We enjoyed many relaxed moments in the spa, and it was a great place to look up and take in the incredible view of the stars. Overall, it was a perfect few days...only wish we'd had a few more! Isn't it always the way?! We'd love to revisit one day with more of the family too...but only for a few days, then we'd kick them out so we could a few more days to ourselves! ;-)

We stayed with family during the October long weekend and had the best time. The house had everything you could possible need and more. Very clean and felt like home absolutely. Big family - big happiness!
Finding a place big enough for our large family was not easy but I’m so glad I found this. All ages (78 to 2) had a wonderful time using every amenity available and there were many. Close enough for swimming, surfing and fishing - we did it all while some just enjoyed the serenity and the magnificent views. The home was absolutely spotless on our arrival and all furnishings etc were totally first class. The spa was more than a bonus. We have come away relaxed and already planning our next visit. Vicki is a fantastic communicator - she ensured that we were comfortable and our needs were met every inch of the way. Thank you.

Great holiday with a view
We enjoyed ourselves at this delightful property which had all our needs (for two families with kids catered for). Our host ensured we have firewood delivered as needed, keeping us snug enough to enjoy seeping views of valley and mountains. The property is vast, yet close enough to picturesque Milton shops for a day trip. We enjoyed the spa, games and books and used the studio on the property for a kids retreat. This property ticks all the boxes!

Great stay and jacuzzi
We had a few friends all hangout together. The house was secluded and was very clean. All beds had electric blankets as it gets quite cold there and was a nice place. Jacuzzi was amazing and neighbours are friendly, we just ran into them whilst taking a stroll. All kitchen items needed was available. Buy a tip would be bring a pocket wifi as there is no wifi so we couldnt update our switch or eatch netflix but there were quite a few dvd’s for options. Fantastic stay overall!

Great property and location

Peace and Quiet
A wonderful property with spectacular views and amenities. You feel like you are 100miles from anyone and anywhere, yet 15 minutes drive and you are on the beautiful South Coast. Great communication with property owners, who made you fell very welcome. Highly recommended.

General: Very spacious house. Large rooms and toilets. Very clean, no dust or dirt on linen, furniture or even the cups and plates. Comfortable and warm bed and pillows. Air con available for half the house. Gas heater for living room and mini heater available too. Smart TV with link to Netflix. HDMI and USB inputs available. Pets: Lots of space for dogs to run around but be careful the fencing is not complete. The photos don't show how big the property is too. Mobile reception: About 1 to 2 bars of signal throughout the house for Beyond mobile and TPG. Would definitely go again, need at least a week here.
