"Sencillamente cancelaron mi reserva sin avisarme. Me presenté por la noche en el alojamiento, cuando llegué a la ciudad, como no me habían mandado las claves de acceso (cosa que mis compañeros de viaje sí que recibieron para sus respectivos alojamientos) llamé por teléfono, me dijeron que no encontraban ..."
