Clean and Quiet in the Flathead Off-Season
Great location, clean and well-appointed. The beds were particularly comfortable. Enjoyed the decorum and the bottle of wine when we arrived was much appreciated. It was the off-season, so I'm sure we got a deal, but for us the price was right. Worth the cost!

Beautiful views from cozy condo
Condo was very clean, had everything and more that we needed to make our stay feel like home, host was very responsive, views are fantastic, and location is close to several great restaurants and stores in a cute town that looks like it should be in a Hallmark movie. Will definitely be back!

Great Golf Getaway
This trip was a birthday surprise from wife for my friends and I to have a golf weekend at Polson. This unit is amazing, right in the bay. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Flathead. I plan to bring my family back here because it was an amazing trip and the accommodations here made it spectacular!

Cozy and Perfect location!
This condo is tastefully updated and right across the street from swim beach and park. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also a lovely deck from which to watch the gorgeous sunset and a great shower to warm up in after a day on the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall pretty good
Everything was clean and in order, there were only 2 washcloths but probably 6 towels for a 2 bedroom condo so had to put in request for more which were delivered. There is no A/C if you are uncomfortable they bring in a portable unit, wasnt terrible but central A/C would have been nice. TV does not have cable, it is smart tv that you have to use your netflix account etc. Also pay attention to door lock if left unlocked on inside someone can just walk in, not like a motel that stays locks automatically upon closing.

Wow, amazing view of Flathead Lake
This is a hidden gem in Polson, MT. Basically, a converted apartment building, transformed into a cool, updated, place. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee, and bars. Perfect for beach and boat stuff.

Beautiful View!
The view of Flathead Lake and the mountains were absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, the only gym in town, the public pier, beach, the city park were all right there. The condo was clean, spacious, and was well stocked. It was nice both bedrooms had king beds and they were comfortable. Had an additional office/ chilling/ reading room in the entrance. Very open front living and kitchen. The shower was fancy and even had a timer/ water temperature meter! The host was responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely water front apartment
My husband, three kids, and I stayed for 4 nights. This was our first stay in Polson. We were looking for a cozy place with a nice view to spend family time playing games, doing puzzles, watching movies, and cooking yummy food. This apartment was perfect for that with two small exceptions. There were five of us and only three stools at the kitchen counter. I knew this going in and had requested more, but the manager was unable to provide more stools. The other small issue was that the lighting in the living room is very dim. We wanted to do puzzles, but it was virtually impossible after the sun set. Just as a note to those who care, both beds are soft.

Extremely enjoyable!
This property was beautiful and was perfect for our needs. We were in Montana to attend a wedding held in St. Ignatius. Our lodging options were either Missoula or Polson, equal distances from the venue. We chose Polson to be by the lake and we definitely made the right choice! Especially by staying at Edgewater! Tony the host was super responsive and extremely accommodating. The condo was pristinely cleaned and decorated. Carpet looked brand new. Only drawback was 1 bathroom for 6 people, which we knew going in, but could be problematic at times. :) My husband and I stayed with my brother and sister-in-law and we had our two girls, ages 7 and 9. Perfectly comfortable! Wouldn’t recommend the futon for an adult and definitely not two. Otherwise the bedroom’s king sized beds were great. Last note, there is no central A/C. They had brought in a portable unit, which helped in the family room and kitchen but didn’t quite make it back to the bedrooms. We didn’t mind that except for the first day/night we were there, it was rather warm and made sleeping tough until it cooled down later in the night. After that, the lake breeze was perfect to keep it cool with windows open. Location: There is a rocky beach right out front which our girls loves. It has swim docks and also a long walking pier. Great coffee shop within walking distance called to Chipper Chick! Two boat rental places are within walking distance and there is a great walking path right by the property. Overall, if you find yourself in Polson, stay at Edgewater! Thank you Tony!!
