"The condo was beautiful! Comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. A very short five minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop space and hot tub as well as the private pool. Check-in process was very simple and the owner was very quick to respond to a couple of questions that we had. "This was a lovely large older house. It had 80's charm and the outdoor tiles showed aging as expected, lose tiles and unswept outer balcony with dirt and debree all over it unlike the photos of a gleaming back deck. The flooring inside, the tiles were spotted with random dirt, and sticky. The host had apologized for the quick clean and not having q full day to clean. The bedding was clean and charming. "Overall the house was absolutely beautiful. It has numerous amenities where everyone in the family can enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi were incredible. The main bedroom has a sauna and the feautures are very luxurious. On the other side, there is some deferred maintenance in the property. The coffe maker was not working. It would be awesome to have a little more cleanness and some fumigation. But we understand it is a big house to maintain. Owner is very responsive and addressed our concerns right...

"We had 2 OTHER parties show up stating they rented the house on the SAME DAY & TIME as us. Im going to assume they were scammed, however it caused problems for my party. Police were called and allowed us to stay because we were there FIRST, however uninvited guests kept showing up all night. Which caused a parking issue, which resulted in code enforcement trying to shut our party down! The reservation NEVER STATED that ONLY 4 cars were allowed at property, so that caused an issue for my guests...

"I love this place because it is in front of the beach. Its location is awesome because there are not hotels in both sides, just residential buildings. The beach is clean and there are not so many people or visitors around. Also, I rented a studio that has a kitchen with everything included. I will visit again"
