"An excellent location and the directions provided by the host were spot on. In a beautiful peaceful location and a stones throw from the harbour front. Once inside the property we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and the welcome book included all the details we needed, not only about the accommodation but also suggestions for restaurants and bars all within walking distance. "The lodge was spacious & well equipped. Think for us it’s a late check in > 4pm ( our lodge wasn’t ready by that time either) and an early check out @ 10 am. So realistically it’s only a 3 day stay. But a clean site."

"Lovely, beueitiful, big place to stay ,very friendly and helpful hosts, I stayed there for a weekend with my friends to celebrate my 40th birthday and see San Fest festival, supposed to check out at 10am on Monday morning but the weather wasn't so great and we was leaving Bournemouth to London around 6pm ,so I contacted lovely owners let us stay for a bit longer. So yeah everything is nice ,the place and host's are 10 out 10."

"Great place to spend the weekend with friends. The kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment. The location was good. My only comment is the outdoor bins were all full when we arrived so couldn't take the recycling and rubbish out until the binmen came on the morning that we were leaving."

"The appartment was in a good condition, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication was great and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few noisy people around on the Friday night in the streets but the area was safe. We would recommend this place. "

"We had a lovely weekend celebrating a family birthday. The property was just perfect. We had an elderly family member with us in a wheelchair and the facilities were everything we needed. Becky kindly arranged for a raised toilet seat and a shower chair which certainly helped and made things so much easier. Becky’s communications prior to our arrival was so helpful and we were made very well welcome on arrival. The additional treats left for us certainly helped us continue our celebration...

"We loved our stay on the boat from start to finish. We had great weather so great views from the hot tub out over the water. Comfy beds and the luxury shower block was clean and had nice showers. The boat is a short drive or 30/40 min walk into Poole (40 as we waited to cross the bridge and watch the ships sail by) I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. "
