"Had a wonderful weekend away and this little gem is in the heart of the centre which is great. Very compact&quite small but very cute. Parked car opposite on paid carpark. Decor is beautiful,bit dark for applying make-up ladies and had trouble 1st day with no hot water but within 10mins it was sorted so all good. "

"I booked this lodge via VRBO as a mini break for my birthday with my 8 year old son. The VRBO website clearly stated that the lodge had a private hot tub, as did my booking confirmation. However, upon arrival I discovered that there was NO hot tub. The actual lodge was lovely but VRBO mis-advertised the property. "Wonderful stay. We booked it to break up a trip back home from the Highlands in Scotland. We were welcomed on arrival with a quick check in and then we had a lovely walk round the lake. The food was lovely and the drinks well priced. Wednesday night was quiz night which we really enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. We will definitely stay again. "
