I booked this location due to having a boat dock where I could keep my boat in the water. Unfortunately, late in the year they lower the water levels on the lake and our boat dock was not accessible due to the low water levels. "This is a lovely place to come to for relaxation. Perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area. It is roomy, comfortable and excellently equipped with everything you need for your stay. Being pet friendly is an added bonus. I would suggest that the checkin email be sent out a couple of days ahead of the renter’s stay, especially when people are travelling a distance to get there. "WE had a family vacation with 4 children 9-18 years and 6 adults. The place is as described, but one needs to read the description carefully - see next re water access. The access to the water is not easy as it is down a path through rocks and when you get to the water it is all green and slimy with a dock covered in goose poop. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, the location is stunning, and the screened in porch was an absolute added bonus. "We spent four very quiet and restful days at this location. Well appointed with a lovely sunroom, firepit, and walking access to a sandy swimming spot on beautiful Upper Beverley Lake. The house was great The hot tub in the first day doesn’t was clean the water was in there green and smell bad, but the property owner allows us to change the water. The owner was very friendly , but he has a helper who came to the house around 3-4 times and she lying about everything to the owner from us. She’s not a nice person she was with us very rude. Except this “helper women” our stay was great"
