"We absolutely loved the house, the pool, the short walk to beach, souvenir shop, Pirates Cove Putt Putt and Mimi’s Ice Cream Truck (walked to both of these twice) and Starbucks Coffee. Our family is 6 adults and 4 kids, we can get a little loud, so having a home to ourselves (not a condo) was awesome! The private pool was also amazing and a great addition to our vacation with the kiddos. Sarah was very proactive and super responsive to messages. The family all agreed that we will be back!"

"Our family stayed at this charming and well-renovated condo for our son's Baseball tournament. From the moment walking in, the grand views are more than breathtaking. The home is well-appointed, including everything one could need. It was more of a surprise that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to enjoy. "All new high end appliances. Beds are spacious and comfortable. TV in three bedrooms and the living room all work well once you know the tech. The pool is cozy and the heat lights and spa are excellent. The additional sleeping area is a closet with blow up mattresses. To get to it, you have to enter the door of the master bedroom so that made it awkward. The owner was responsive and helpful on all matters. The only issue not resolved was the ice maker. Owner sent a very pleasant maintenance man...

"There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. Would stay again if I am ever in the area."

"Enjoyed our week at the beach house. Comfortable for our family of 8. Very close to the beach, great for morning walks. Easy access to many tourist activities that we took in such as Daytona Raceway, The Casements, Chocolate Factory tour and several restaurants. We spent our evenings playing games provided by the host family with the grandchildren. We have wonderful family memories from our week at Daytona Beach. A nice relaxing way to end our vacation."
