"My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the “boathouse”. The location is perfect and has a beautiful water view. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. Very clean and comfortable beds, we will definitely stay here again when visiting family. Property is as described and Susan responds very quickly to questions."

"Enjoyed the setting, which feels remote but is just a short drive from the main business center of Vashon. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. There is a 3-5 minute walk from the road where you park, so pack light. The walk is mostly on pavement, but to enter yurt you’ll take a few steps on the forest floor and up about the height of one stair to a wood platform. "This home was wonderful, brand new and with modern furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and accessories. We loved the outdoor patio. I would suggest a safety bar in the master shower along with some nonslip surfaces. We would recommend and stay again. "
