Great location!
The house was perfect for our family. It’s right on the main river and gets the perfect amount of sun and shade. The paddle boards and kayaks were just the right amount. Great place to spot manatees and occasionally a dolphin or two. Lots of outdoor space. We would definitely rent again.

My best birthday.
The house is located in a perfect spot on the river. We saw manatees, dolphins, fish, an otter and birds. We kayaked, swam and had a nice fire every night at sunset. My three daughters and three grandchildren joined me for a perfect birthday week. Summer, the property manager, answers texts immediately if you have any questions. This was my third stay at this property. I will be back.

Best house on the river.
This is our second time here and it doesn't disappoint. I've looked around at other listing and seen some horror story's so avoid the hassle and book with the Nock Family. Plenty of space, plenty of kayaks, plenty of views! Thanks again this will be our permanent stay in Weeki Wachee!

Repeat happy visitor
This was a repeat visit. Check-in was easy. Communication was good. The location of this house is perfect! We kayaked from the State Park to the house every day. The house is also close to Rogers Park and the Upper Deck. So you can kayak to the park or even enjoy the manatee from the Upper Deck Restaurant. Every evening, we sat by the fire and watched manatee, lots of otter, owls, and fireflies. It was beautiful.

Amazing location
This is a beautiful property. The location is excellent in the access to the river was wonderful. The house was fully furnished and had all the amenities that we needed for successful trip. My family made beautiful memories here and we hope to return again

Great place on main river
Great spot. Includes lots of kayaks and paddle boards, so you won’t get bored. My kids had the best time here. I let my kids paddle about 50 yards up river and tie up on a shallow spot where they loved playing football every day. Everyone had a great time. I would suggest bringing bug spray- those little bugs are no joke and will tear you up! There was some provided but we used it all and had to go get more. We had a great time and would definitely come back

Second time Staying here
This Home is perfect if you want to be on the weekie watchee river. No complaints and we’ve been here twice. Comes with everything you need for a vacation. Paddle boards, kyacks, fire pit, Grill, nice large home , plenty of parking, large yard , beach towels, I do book, close to gas station and restaurants. Will be back for a third time soon! Thanks!!!

Definition of relaxation!
The location was excellent and the mattresses we outstanding! If you have stayed in many VRBO’s you will understand me noting the mattresses:-). We saw two manatees swim past the dock and took the short kayak trip down river to Hospital Hole and saw more. Really enjoyed out time at this home. My only suggestion would be adding some lounge chairs to the patio area. There is plenty of very comfortable chairs already but a couple loungers would have been great. Furniture in the living room was also comfortable!

Perfect location
The house is right on the river with a huge deck overlooking one of the most beautiful parts of the river. Sitting by the fire pit watching manatees swim by was perfect. Summer is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Will definitely stay here again and again.

RIVER FUN
This property was the perfrct set up for us. It had plenty of room and ample supplies. We loved the use of the kayaks for exploring the river getting in the ksyaks was tricky until we figured out an easier way. On the last evening we had a manatee hang out at the dock!! Overall a great stay.

We loved the people watching and the wildlife. The kitchen was stocked with eveything needed to eat in with groceries. They had beach towels as nd kyacks and life jackets. We enjoyed the screened in area at dusk. The only thing missing was I would have loved to take a nap outside in a lounge chair. Thank yoi for sharing your slice of paradise.

A perfect 50th birthday getaway
This home was a perfect place to stay on the Weeki Wachee River. We enjoyed kayaking off the back deck, we saw manatees from the deck every day we were there. The kitchen was completely stocked so all we had to do was buy groceries. We were able to Doordash as needed items and they were delivered quickly. We enjoyed dinner from local restaurants that were great. We went to several beautiful state parks close by. I miss this home and Weeki Wachee already.

Relaxing getaway
We had a fantastic family getaway on the beautiful river. Weeki Wachee is our favorite place to make memories. We love the area for its old Florida charm. The house surpassed our expectations. It is super spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The boys and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you for hospitality!

Best location on the River
The property is just as described and did not disappoint. It is the perfect location on the river - just down from Roger's Park in one direction and beautiful clear water in the other direction toward the springs. Lots of fish, manatee and even "Chip" the dolphin were spotted most days. It was easy to rent a small boat that was delivered to our dock. We were even treated to a concert a few houses down on Labor Day weekend. The kitchen has everything you need and even some very convenient disposable items. Summer is there to help with anything you might need. We were happy to be able to bring our dog and he also loved exploring the river like SO many other 4 legged friends we saw on boats, kayaks and paddle boards. John was quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival that helped to make our stay one to remember! THANKS for a great getaway!
