It was a very nice property. Quite could have been deeped clean before we stayed. The bed were super comfortable the best sleep i have had in a bed that wasnt mine. Definitely a 10 out of 10. That was my favorite part of the stay. Only down side to the town is that there werent any dine in restaurants. But a beautiful place to visit well stay.

Very clean property! Only issues were towel holder in the main bathroom kept falling off and exhaust fan didn't work also same bathroom. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great Condo

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice view from balcony and short walk to the beach. Access to Netflix. Enjoyed my stay, will go back for sure.

Mexico Beach City - Great Location

This was our first VRBO stay and it was perfect! The condo was clean, very well equipped - kitchen, linens and towels - and had the location was just we wanted. We were almost directly across the street from beach access. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. We will definitely be back to Paradise Shores 110. Have just one little issue: the wi-if was not adequate for all of our devices We ended up using hotspots for the kids tablets.

It was wonderful. Few things needed tended too.

It was an amazing week. We had fabulous weather. We definitely want to come back. A Few things to attend to for future guests. My friend says there is a musty smell in the front bedroom with the queen bed. She had to get a Room Deodorizer to cover it. Also, when cooking using the stove top, the exhaust fan doesn’t work. The filter light is flashing so don’t know if it needs changed to get it to work. One night the smoke detoextors in the building kept going off… we thought it was us setting it off. Lol also the exhaust fan in the master bath with the garden tub never came on. We didn’t use it much but we did use the toilet. We appreciate the timely manner our other issues we had were fixed during the week. We definitely will be coming back and renting again. Loved the location to the beach. The pool and hot in were fabulous!! Thanks!!

The Condo was exactly as it was shown on the website.

We have been staying in Mexico City Beach on and off for the past 18 years and have always loved staying on the ocean. This year we took our granddaughter with us and we booked this unit for the location and ease of pool and beach. We were looking forward to stepping out of our unit and being right at the pool, unfortunately when we arrived there was a handwritten sign that stated the pool was closed until further notice imagine our surprise at that since we had not been notified prior to our arrival or even in our welcome text/email with all of our arrival codes. When I reached out I was informed that the work was going to be completed by end of business. I heard this every day for five days and only after I had to ask every day for an update. I appreciate the fact that the HOA and owners of this complex keep up on the Maintenance of this complex but it sure would have been nice to be informed of this at any time during my reservation period, which was months ago. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication with Vacasa. The unit was beautiful and comfortable and we enjoyed the location. We did arrive to a damaged chaise in the living room but that was taken care of immediately. Mary Jo S

My only issue with the reservation were the codes to the garage and the gym were both wrong. It was frustrating but the Kindness of other residents helped us out.

Long weekend at Paradise Shores

Had a wonderful time at Paradise Shores. The condo was clean and spacious and very comfortable. Right across the street from Toucan's so we could just walk for dinner or to stroll the beach! Wasn't aware at time of booking that it wasn't right on the beach but we did have a view from our balcony of the beach so that worked out perfectly.

Frustrating

The property was nice, and in a good location. However, when we arrived we could not get into the parking garage as we had not been given a code to open the gate. After calling twice we were given the code. Once inside the garage you need a code to enter the building. The code we had been given didn't work. Eventually another guest came out to leave, and he gave us the code. Thankfully the code to open the condo door worked. Later, when we tried to connect to the internet, that code didn't work either. Pretty frustrating to be given so many worthless codes. Come on guys, you should do better than that for your paying customers. How hard is it to stay updated on the codes?
