Communication could be improved. Too many emails and texts received. When I did reach out I didn’t get a reply for days. The day of check in we did get a response from someone on Evolve team saying they weren’t the people to contact - they were the ones sending texts and emails. Confusing. Then was directed to more “local” host. Reached out to them and got an answer to one of my questions but not the original from 6 days prior. So asked again, after a few hours they responded but too late has already done the shopping. Cleaning crew could improve. Beds were clean and very comfortable- excellent pillows, amazing view! Windows need through cleaning, as well as corners, and rafters, slider track full of dirt, deck dirty, random sandals on deck, a few things broken, primary shower, dirty, and glass shower doors don’t shut causing water on floor. Towels are tired a bit dingy. Construction crew there to meet us on road behind, on arrival and each morning after as they were working on the road above and house next door asphalting it.
