"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay in the property. The house is beautiful, perfectly laid out, clean tidy and has everything you could need. You can see the beach from the house and is a very short walk away. Porth is a lovely place with lots of little hidden gems. Also close by many other towns and villages of you want to venture out. Kids said it was the best holiday ever! Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you "
