"This is a stunning little property with incredible views across the valley. It was indeed peaceful. We enjoyed a stunning sunset, beautiful fine weather, but also morning mist. "Was originally put off with the BROWN Paint on the external metal as it appeared old and rusted. I was incorrect, the place is new and the paint was new. Just an optical illusion. They supplied Fresh Bread and Local Jams. Being Country people they offered a warm welcome. Down stairs double bedroom, with door, Upstairs was Double Bed and Single Bed, in an open environment. Accomodation was immaculate with all the Kitchen utensils and plates and bowls etc. Great for a country get away"

"My partner and I plus his mother, had an excellent stay at Yabba's hut over Christmas. The location was great, so peaceful and relaxing. How's the serenity!! We loved the cabin and the bbq. Being able to sit around the fire pit, watching the stars and satellites was amazing. The wildlife was great, including kangaroos. Thanks to the owners who were very nice."

"We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 children and the apartment was perfect. It was very spacious with big kitchen/living room and big bathroom. Perfect location being right on the main street, yet still quiet because Lithgow is such a quiet little country town. We made a few trips into Wollemi national park, it was only half hours drive to the Glow worm tunnel and a couple of canyons. We also had some lovely meals at the Tin Shed cafe and the Blue Fox pub. "Our family of 4 visited the area around Oberon to go fossicking and Hillcrest Farm Stay was a fabulous place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and well equipped. The kids particularly enjoyed the fire pit in the cold weather! The host, Neil, was very responsive in the lead up, and also hospitable and attentive during our stay. We will definitely be back!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay at this beautiful property, just a 20-minute drive from Bathurst. The manicured gardens created a peaceful and calming atmosphere, a perfect escape from the excitement of the Bathurst 1000 week. The decor was lovely, adding a touch of history to our experience.
