Perfect Rainy Day Stay
Okay, it wasn't actually raining during our stay, but it had been POURING on our drive in, so we were delighted when we arrived and found our cozy spot. The studio's structure itself was tastefully designed and the decor was perfect. Simple and straightforward in the best way. Literally a two-minute walk to great coffee/bakery/cafe and more!

A lovely place to visit Portland and Oregon from.
Excellent property, close to all the amenities you need. Close to the bus line to run down into Portland city, although I found the walk interesting and quite pleasant. Near the I84 and 5 which made going father afield easy. We found the locals extremely welcoming where ever we went, the people in the local bar we used "GoL" for us really put the icing on the cake. Hope to be returning.

nice!
i love what you did with this place. the location and homey feeling is great. my only two complaints, minor, are the delivery trucks on friday nights and some persons dogs that barked all the time. other than that, 10/10 thanks!

Hawthorne beauty
Awesome stay at this cozy apartment in heart of hawthorne district. Driveway parking (check), clean apartment (check), access to a million restaurants and food trucks (check). Hosts were awesome - checked in on us to see how we were doing - their dog Shelby is our best friend now. We have always loved the area and this made it all the better. The apartment is perfect for two (smaller kids will be fine, I think). Nice kitchen as well. 5 stars - will be back

This studio apartment fit our needs perfectly. Everything was as described, very clean and spacious, nicely decorated. We definitely appreciated the AC during the heat wave. Great location as well! Highly recommend!

Perfect little retreat
The location was great, close by to restaurants and markets..The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. It was very comfortable and uniquely decorated. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and it met our needs in every way!

Great Location!
The location was ideal to jump on the bus to go downtown plus the neighborhood offered lots of fun shopping and great restaurants. The property was clean, well appointed, and cozy after a long day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this property!

Stay in Hawthorne
The place was super neat and clean. Easy communication with the host. We met them outside one evening coming back from dinner and they were very nice people! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet at night. We loved how close we were to some local establishments. A pizza place right across the street, an amazing breakfast place around the corner, and a bakery made it easy for some quick meals. Walk a little further and you can get margaritas, wine, beer, plus many more restaurants to choose from! Our ONLY issue was the parking situation (which has been mentioned before). They tried really hard to explain where to park but we still blocked the neighbors space. For future reference, you have to pull in and park between the light pole and the red flag/ plant. Not in front of the garage or too far off to the left. Everything was fine once we figured it out though!!

Cute apartment in a great location!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment. It’s a studio but felt quite spacious. The apartment is filled with natural light. It does get light quite early in the summer. So, you might want to bring a sleep mask if you need it dark to sleep. The apartment is walking distance from tons of great restaurants on Hawthorne and has easy access to the bike trail along the river. We would definitely stay there again!
