Mother Daughter Get Away
Property is well maintained and was immaculate. Has everything you need for a long or short stay. Easy and short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Close to Portland. Owner of the property is fantastic. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome location
This was a perfect labor day getaway for a group of five adults and a baby. We were able to easily walk to the beach and a bunch of small cafes and restaurants. But we were on a side street, so at night it was nice and quiet. The property was clean and had everything we needed (utensils, beach chairs, sand porch, etc). I hope we can come back next year.

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood 2 minute walk from the strip
This was our second year staying at this property. It had everything we needed for the week, including the beach buggy so it was less we had to pack. It was a 5 minute walk from the house to the pier but in a quiet neighborhood. The host checked in with us to ensure we were all set. We will stay at this property again next year. Beds were comfortable and having the washer and dryer meant packing less outfits for a family of 6.

Perfect spot
The two cottages that we rented were the perfect spot for Old Orchard Beach. A quiet neighborhood located just a few blocks away from all the central activity. Easy to walk back and forth multiple times a day with three children for the beach, food, shopping, and deserts!

We had a great stay!
This was a perfect location for us. We are able to walk to the beach and we were far enough away from the busy town. This was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to make breakfast there to start our day. I especially liked it had a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to do a lot of laundry when we came home. The home was exactly as listed and it was everything we needed. My teenage boys had a ball and didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the home owner! We had a great time.

Cozy and a great location
Nice place! Be aware that neighbors are very close (a concern with babies in both bedrooms) but the noise (typical summer outdoor visiting) ended at a decent hour (10-11 PM). It was very frustrating to supply our own sheets, towels and paper goods - so much to transport & set up. But we did it and enjoyed the beach & town very much. Owner was very responsive and helpful - thanks!

It's quiet neighborhood but short walk to everything
This cottage was perfect for for my family of 5. The kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to do our grocery shopping and make all of our meals. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with other cottages and houses yet within 5 minutes you were on the strip with all the shops, take out spots, scooter rentals, the beach and the playground. You really don't need to get in your car to go anywhere. Jeanette was great with her communication and even sent me a message to make sure we were all settled in. This was our 4th year going to OOB and for the 1st time we found a place that we want to rent again. My sister and her husband stayed in the cottage behind ours so it was nice that we were so close but had our own places.

Fantastic!
Clean, spacious, quiet, and a great location! We went in July and it was chilly and raining the whole time, BUT we still had a great time because of this cottage! So close to the beach, shopping, and arcade. The host was always communicative and thoughtful. We hope to come back to this house again in the future.

Just what we needed!!
Our stay at this cute house in OOB was perfect for our family of five. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and just removed from the hustle of the boardwalk area so it is super quiet. The house included everything we needed to prepare dinner at night so we didn’t have to lug our kitchenware with us. We love the screened in front porch and spent every night winding down out there. The beds were very comfortable something that is a rarity when you stay away from home. The owner Jeanette was very good at staying in communication with any questions prior to our arrival as well as the constant changing Maine COVID restrictions. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Excellent location
Very close to the main street, maybe a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, restaurant, and amusement park. But also far enough away to be really quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable, and the porch in front was a good place to relax and read.

Close to everything
A great little bungalow just minutes away from all Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We had so much fun with our kids here. The property is on a nice quiet street, but only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, and the ocean. I really enjoyed having breakfast each morning on the patio.
