A delightful place in which to spend a week. Comfortable, well equipped and my dog loved the substantial, secure garden. The peace and quiet is wonderful, therapeutic.

Our Church stay
We loved the property! Beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were outstanding too; including a fully stocked kitchen that included olive oil and herbs and spices.

Perfect for a short stay
perfect for a 3 night break. Wonderful property well presented in a super quiet area. Lots to see and do in the area if you like walks hikes and nature. Beautiful beech and bay 10 minutes away. Wonderful garden to relax in and watch the numerous birds. Can highly recommend.

St Peter's is well finished and furnished with all the accessories and features that you need to simply arrive, unpack and enjoy your stay. Great location with many attractions like the seals, lakes, caves, beaches and foodie outlets, means that time flies.

Beautiful, quiet & restful location. Set in a lovely old church, with everything you need to unwind. Great! enclosed large yard for your four legged companions too. Short distance to the beach & Cafe' and all other scenery to absorb.

A unique historical property with a beautiful blend of new and old features. Unfortunately the weather was extremely wild, wet and windy which limited our activities in the area. We were grateful for the good supply of firewood! A few torches wouldn’t go astray as we did have a power cut.

Warm and cosy
We stayed with our two dogs and we all loved it. The dogs loved the huge (fenced in) yard to explore. The daily temperatures were between 5-15 and the fire kept the place really warm. It is so very quaint, we recommend indeed. The local beach is a dog-off-lead walk and it has a cafe too.

I found a peaceful and relaxing stay in a church conversion that was comfortable and surprisingly warm! It is close to so many beautiful places to visit I will be coming back to explore more.

Peaceful & unique
We had an issue on the day of our arrival, but we were impressed with how promptly & efficiently it was handled by our host. The location was perfect - very peaceful in the countryside. The accommodation itself was lovely and very unique and atmospheric. All mod cons in an olde world setting. As advertised there is good Wifi, but depending on your phone provider you may not have phone coverage. There is a large fenced backyard for pets.

Delightful accommodation
Absolutely loved this place. Incredibly peaceful (best sleep in ages). We were welcomed by a koala in the garden too. Our dog loved it too. Great secured garden area for zoomies and chasing her ball. Highly recommended and we will certainly be heading back.

Our Heavenly Stay
We had the most amazing stay at St Peter’s Church. Just heavenly! (Sorry, couldn’t resist…🙂) The place is beautifully presented and sits in a peaceful rural setting. Has everything you need for a great stay. Samantha was so wonderful to deal with and very accommodating with my having to change my booking! Will definitely be back.

Warm and Cosy
We had a lovely stay at this Church, being a new experience. Every convenience is there for comfort, especially the log fire which was supplied with lots of timber to keep us warm. We had a pleasant visit from Samantha’s friend Peter who made a courtesy visit to make sure we didn’t need anything. The Church is a pleasant drive to Cape Bridgewater and Portland – a really good way to spend five nights relaxing and enjoying the countryside. Gorgeous!
Such a well-stocked, unique place, in a gorgeous pocket of Victoria. Check-in was simple, and communication in the lead up was very helpful. The central fire warms the place perfectly. I think I will return!
