Grossfamilien-Urlaub in herrlicher Villa
Soeben aus unserem Grossfamilien-Urlaub zurück, sind wir glücklich, eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Bacci verbracht zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Alfredo war vor, während und nach dem Urlaub sehr gut und umfassend; er hat sich immer nach dem Befinden erkundigt und seine Hilfe angeboten. Das CheckIn und CheckOut mit Giovanni war sehr freundlich und schnell und eine leere Gasflasche für den Grill wurde umgehend von ihm ersetzt. Die Lage der Villa und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Umgeben von riesigen Pinien und Palmen, einem Weinberg und viel Natur (inkl. Fasanen und Hasen), kann man sich bestens erholen. Das Übrige tut der wunderschöne, gepflegte Pool. In der Villa hatten wir viel Platz für uns 11 Erwachsene und unsere zwei Enkel. Die Schlafzimmer bieten viel Stauraum und sind geräumig. Bis auf ein kleines Bad im EG, sind die Bäder gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche und der angrenzende "Lagerraum" bietet alles an Ausstattung, was man zum kochen für eine grosse Gruppe braucht. Der Anfahrtsweg ist in den asphaltierten und naturbelassen Abschnitten "etwas" holperig, ist aber selbst mit einem normalen Kleinwagen gut zu bewältigen (auch während und nach Regenfällen); während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde ein etwas steileres, zerfurchtes Wegstück ausgeebnet. Wenn man die Wegbeschreibung von Alfredo befolgt, findet man problemlos zur Villa. Fazit: wenn wieder einmal ein Familienurlaub auf Elba geplant ist, ist die Villa Bacci erste Wahl! Tolle Villa
Tolle alleinstehende geräumige Villa fern ab vom Trubel, sehr ruhig, Platz für über 10 Personen, leicht zu erreichen 5 Min. von Hauptstraße (teilweise Schotter - kein Problem). Fantastische Aussicht über die Bucht von Porto Azzurro. Toller Pool (sauber, täglich gereinigt!). Exzellente Kommunikation sowohl mit Host (Alfredo) als auch mit Hausmeister vor Ort (Giovanni), sowohl vor Check In als auch während des Aufenthaltes. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen!! Kleine Kritikpunkte: -man muss mit erheblichen Zusatzkosten rechnen (Reinigung, Bettwäsche, Strom (!)), über 500€ für eine vierköpfige Familie/Woche. Zu der Zeit meiner Buchung teiliweise nicht aufgeführt (steht jetzt aber drin, daher nun mehr Transparenz). - teilweise nicht sehr sauberes Geschirr (Essensreste vom Vorgänger), etwas ältere Küchengeräte (z.B. Außengrill defekt)

If you want an authentic stay in a beautiful location, villa Bacci is for you. The view from the house and the pool is unbeatable, and Porto Azzurro is a beautiful place to go for a stroll. Communication with Alfredo was very easy, no matter the reason. A very nice place, especially if you go with a large group of people.

our entire family, grand-parents, parents and kids enjoyed the time at Villa Bacci. We loved the marvellous view over bay Porto Azzurro, appreciated the authentic of the house, and the nice time near to the swimming pool. We already consider renting the house next year

Herrliche Tage auf Elba
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Alfredos Villa! Riesig groß, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten und vor allem mit der besten Aussicht ever! Es war an Ostern noch etwas kalt, aber die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Den Pool kann man im April noch nicht nutzen, das sollte in der Anzeige erwähnt werden. Die Anreisebeschreibung in den sehr gute Reiseunterlagen ist etwas irreführend (ein Wegweiser ist falsch beschrieben), aber wir haben den Weg dennoch gefunden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben fast immer zusammen gekocht - einzig für 4 - 5 Personen zum Arbeiten etwas wenig Platz, aber das sind halt die baulichen Voraussetzungen. Insgesamt sind wir mit einem positiven Gefühl abgereist und könnten uns gut vorstellen, ein weiteres Mal in der Villa Bacci zu residieren :-)

Great Villa with breathtaking view
The house is wonderful and the view is incredibly beautiful. we really enjoyed the stay. The way tobte Villa is difficult to find and extremely bumpy. Four wheel drive would be good. Alfredo and Giovanni were super helpful and nice. The terrace is just a dream! There were enough bathrooms for our group of four families with teenagers. Some of the rooms are small. Kitchen (very tiny, cooking with several people is a bit difficult), washing machine, air conditioning (but watch the electricity costs), barbecue - everything works perfectly. The pool is great, but cold and a bit away from the house. Unfortunately you have to walk up a dusty, rocky path. Despite small points with room for improvement, we would come back and absolutely recommend it.

Beautiful Villa Bacci
We had a fantastic week at Villa Bacci, it’s a beautiful and unique villa with the most stunning views. Off the beaten track but a short drive to Porto Azzuro and Capoliveri, two of the most picturesque towns on the island and in a good location to explore many of Elba’s beautiful beaches. Lovely pool and outside space. Great communication with the host Alfredo and house manager Giovanni. Thank you for a great stay!

Holiday of a lifetime
This was a whole family, 3 generational holiday. Staying in Villa Bacci was the reason the holiday was such a success. Room to spread out upstairs, a large terrace in front, with beautiful views over Port Azzurro. Refreshing swimming pool with a childproof fence and garden area for the little ones to explore and play in. And Alfredo always helpful when needed. Elba is spectacular too. Altogether pretty perfect.

Authentic surroundings and a scenic view.
We were a family of 14 from the age 10 to 80 years old and everybody was happy and enjoyed Villa Bacci very much. Villa Bacci can room so many people because of its size and the authentic way it is build. Villa Bacci has outstanding view and surroundings with space for everyone. Our family has traveled all over the world, and we all agreed that this has been one of the most spectacular places we have stayed. We have enjoyed the authentic house, the very beautiful view over the sea and vineyards, and the swimming pool. We enjoyed the swimming pool during daytime and had sandwiches at the table in the shadow. The terrasse, with the beautiful view, was used morning and evening, where we enjoyed self-made food with ingredients from the local shops. We spend most of the holiday relaxing in the beautiful environment of Villa Bacci. We can recommend you too order chief Michele Nardi to make a dinner for you. He takes care of everything, and it was very delicious. If you rent Villa Bacci you don’t have to go out, because it is so beautiful and relaxing to live in. We all hope to come back to Elba and beautiful Villa Bacci.

Familienurlaub mit drei Generationen
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Bacci sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist in der Tat traumhaft und auch das Haus selbst entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Der Außenbereich mit dem wunderbaren Pool ist ausgesprochen gepflegt. Im Haus selbst, insbesondere im Erdgeschoss, hätte es ein wenig sauberer sein können. Aber das ist tatsächlich der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Erwähnenswert ist auch die gute und freundliche Betreuung bereits vor der Anreise und auch während des Aufenthaltes. So blieben wirklich keine Fragen offen. Danke nochmals für alles, wir würden gerne eines Tages wiederkommen!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Charme
Wir haben in diesem schönen Haus mit der Großfamilie Urlaub gemacht. Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter war exzellent. Er selbst war auf Reisen, hat sich aber immer wieder nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt und auch seine Schwester war als Ansprechpartner verfügbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber und spätestens jeden 2. Tag wurde der Wunderschöne Pool gereinigt. Der Pool ist ein Glück( als wir gebucht haben, gab es noch keinen). Wenn man zu Fuß im Sommer, Einkäufe tätigt, weiß man ihn nach solch einem Marsch sehr zu schätzen. Einige von uns hatten Schwierigkeiten, das Haus zu finden...beziehungsweise das Haus war kein Problem...das war zu sehen...doch der Weg dorthin ...hält man sich jedoch strikt an Alfredos Anweisungen könnte es auf Anhieb gelingen...die deutsche Sichtweise wie eine Strasse auszusehen hat, sollte dabei aber vermieden werden. Wir sind aber sogar mit einem Anhänger den Berg hinaufgekommen. Ich denke wer Mountainbike fährt wird glückselig sein in diesem schönen Haus, auch wandern bietet sich an. Wenn man allerdings schlecht zu Fuß ist und nicht gerne holperige Feldwege mit dem Auto zurücklegt ist man dort nur glücklich, wenn es einem ausreicht, sich im schönen Garten, am Pool, den liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern oder der wunderschönen Terasse aufzuhalten. Perfekt finde ich das Haus für 12 Personen. Das 7. Zimmer liegt direkt hinter der Küche und ist etwas klein, das Bett ist gut aber als Rückzugsraum wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe unterwegs ist (die viel kocht )eher nicht so gut geeignet. Es ist als Zimmer ok...aber im Vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern hält es nicht stand. Wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Alfredo für die gute Kommunikation bedanken und wünschen allen die dieses schöne Haus buchen einen tollen Aufenthalt.

A truly memorable holiday enjoyed by the whole family.
We found Villa Bacci to be a special and an impressive property commanding a wonderful view over Porto Azzurro. It is in easy reach of this characterful port; its shops, bars and eateries; walking for the young and fit or driving. On some days we rented boats and bicycles and explored some of the island. Several good beaches were within an easy drive. The spacious villa and its substantial and verdant outdoors comfortably accommodated our thirteen and its age range in its bedrooms, bathrooms and its indoor and outside living spaces. The swimming pool met all our expectations and was a continuous source of fun and relaxation for the whole group. What we enjoyed most was the scope the villa provided to either relax and do little or get out and be active, of which the younger members of the group took full advantage. We appreciated Alfredo always being on immediate hand to answer questions or deal with requests. One such request was arranging a cook, Paolo, to prepare two excellent meals for us. The wonderful lasagne was a great success. Villa Bacci is a place we would all be very happy to return to.

Wunderschöne alte Villa mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das naheliegende Porto Azzurro. Der neue Pool liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super und sehr unkompliziert. Bei allen Fragen und kleineren Problemen bekamen wir rasch Hilfe und Antwort. Wir können das Ferienobjekt guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Romantisk ferievilla til storfamilie
Smuk villa med fantastisk udsigt over Porto Azzurro. God plads i villaen til de 11, vi var afsted - både med soveværelser og badeværelser. Antikke møbler i hele villaen. Lidt lille køkken med, men fedt med både vaske- og opvaskemaskine. Skønt udeområde og perfekt pool. Meget hjælpsom og rar udlejer, der hurtigt svarede på alle spørgsmål - både inden og under ophold. Det er bedst at have mulighed for at køre i bil ned til byen. Vi gik turen nogle gange, men for mindre børn og ældre, ville turen være hård.

Excellent Villa Bacci !
Our entire family, grand-parents, kids and grandchildren stayed in this marvelous villa for a week and enjoyed the beautiful view over the bay of Porto Azzurro, the refreshing swimming pool, and the green surroundings. We all shared a happy and relaxing time in the Villa Bacci! Hope to come again soon !

Fantastisk hus, utsikt og basseng!
Stort, flott hus med flere uteplasser og utrolig fint bassengområde. Fantastisk utsikt mot Porto Azzurro og havet. Ca 20 min å gå på grusvei til pittoresk by med båthavn, strand, cafeer, restauranter og gelaterias. Mange flotte strender og små byer kun 10-30 min kjøretur unna villaen. Verten svarte raskt både på mail og WhatsApp og hadde mange tips, blant annet en kokk som kom til villaen og hadde matlagingskurs.

Mountainbikeurlaub für Feinschmecker!
Wir haben 5 tage an diesem herrlichen ort verbracht. Wir waren zu 12 und sind jeden Tag von der Villa gestartet um die herrlichen Mountainbiketrails der Insel zu erkunden. Die Lage der Villa ist genial, da sie Touren in allen Himmelsrichtungen ermöglicht. Am Abend haben wir gegrillt, gekocht oder uns in Capoliveri oder Porto Azzurro die Bäuche vollgeschlagen. Die Villa bietet alles was ein Geniesserherz wünscht. Der Pool ist magisch und ein Frühstück im Garten bei so einer Aussicht lässt ein jedes Herz höher schlagen. Alles in allem etwas vom Besten was wir mit unserer Mountainbiketruppe in den letzten 18 jahren erlebt haben! Danke Alfredo für die super Zeit! Ich hoffe sehr dass uns unsere Wege erneut nach Elba an diesen genialen Platz führen! Thomas

Villa Bacci April 2022
Hallo, wir (8 Erwachsene plus 1 Kleinkind) waren Ende April 2022 Gäste in der Villa Bacci. Wir kamen Nachmittags per Fähre an, wurden freundlich von Giovanni empfangen und konnten sogar 1/2h vor 18Uhr einchecken. Das hat uns sehr geholfen, da wir von der langen Anreise sehr müde waren und das Wetter an diesem Tag nicht mitgespielt hat. Die Gruppe konnte sich in 6 Schlafzimmer aufteilen, sogar unser Sohn (1Jahr) bekam seinen eigenes Zimmer. Ideal war, dass alle Erwachsen Ihr eigenes Bad hatten - daher gab es morgens keine Probleme und jeder konnte sein Frühstück im großen Wohnzimmer oder draußen beim Sonnenaufgang genießen. Das Wohnzimmer hat Sofas und einen großen Tisch - genug Platz für Alle, so konnten wir entweder Abends drinnen einen Absacker genießen, oder bei schönen Wetter draußen auf der Terrasse - mit wunderbaren Blick auf Porto-Azzuro. Sehr gut war, dass Alfredo vor Kurzem eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion in allen Räumen installiert hat, da an kalten Tagen insbesondere Nachts die Villa ungemütlich werden kann - zwar fiel die Stromrechnung etwas höher aus, aber es war jeden Cent wert. Alfredo selbst haben wir nicht getroffen, war jedoch immer sehr hilfsbreit - bei Schwierigkeiten konnten wir uns voll und ganz auf Ihn und Giovanni verlassen. Wir hatten 7 wunderbare Tage auf Elba, genug Zeit für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Wein-Verkostungen und sogar für 2-3 Tage Stand und Wanderungen. Ein Highlight für uns war die nahe gelegene Eisenerzmine, bei der man auch selber nach Perliten schürfen darf. Kritik gibt es nur für den Ansfahrtsweg, die Weg-Beschreibung könnte man updaten, damit man die Villa leichter findet und die letzten 500m auf der Sandstrasse können sehr holprig sein. Wenn jemand mit einem Sportwagen kommt, wird man evtl. Schwierigkeiten haben. Diese Probleme hatten wir nicht, wir würden im Sommer gerne wieder kommen - dann hat auch der Pool geöffnet.
