Exactly what I was looking for
To sit with an amazing view with a glass of port, listening to the sounds of the street, looking at port houses was amazing. It is an older place but has everything needed, including stairs for exercise. It was exactly as described and nothing can beat the view.

Exactly as described. Wonderful host and a nice touch to receive a bottle of wine and cheese as a welcome. You can’t beat the view or location on the waterfront. I would rent again in a heart beat.

Apartment in Porto
This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to anywhere in the old town, and lots of restaurants nearby. Fernando and Olga were great hosts - connecting with us ahead of our stay, making sure we had all the information we needed. A “welcome” bottle of wine and a snack was a nice surprise. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious - beautiful views and right on the water.

This place was perfect for our stay in Porto! Beautiful views from the apartment. Close walk to everything. Olga and Fernando were awesome hosts! Found us a ride from the train station with a car seat and helped with our luggage! Highly recommend!

Will always stay here!
This place was above and beyond! Clean, centric, well-kept, easy to locate, pretty, spacious, but most of all, Fernando added an extra value that was lovely. Great communication, always helpful, and full of great tips. Do not hesitate to stay here. The beds were not super comfortable and a little bumpy, but for two nights, they were manageable. Everything else was excellent! Fernando is a character, and it was a pleasure to meet him. He left us a bottle of wine and coffee pods. If I ever come back to Porto, or if any friends do, I will recommend this place a 100%.

Lovely views
A wonderful first impression of the property. Fernando welcomed us, and had wine, along with a cheese, bread & shaved ham plate. Excellent view of the Druro River, Ponte Luis 1, and some of the city. Over looking the promenade where there were many restaurants, some vendors, and enjoyed listening to live music from the comfort of the apartment. It was the perfect location for us, most things within walking distance. We loved Porto.

Incredible views and amazing place
Stayed as a family for a few nights. STAY HERE! Super comfortable and great views. Check in was easy and host amazingly helpful. Bottle of wine and cheese tray really amazing touch after a long days travel. Views are to die for. The location is perfect.

Good location. Great view. Old building that needs a little interior updating and repair. Missunderstanding with manager regarding day of arrival and we had to pay for an additional night in order to check in early. Expensive for a trip, but central location. Manager was friendly and arrived exactly at checkout to see us out.

I never wanted to leave
This is the PERFECT spot to stay in Porto. The view is amazing and it is right in the heart of everything. Make sure to take the stairs up across the high bridge to see sunset. There are so many restaurants and shopping right downstairs and nearby. We walked everywhere. Fernando picked us up from airport and also he got us to our next city (Lisbon). So we felt right at home. Then my daughter left her passport at the apartment and Fernando delivered it to us, saving me a complete panic attack and lot of chaos. Long live Fernando and Olga! Perfect hosts. We will definitely be back. Of all our vrbos this was the best for location and hospitality. We are definitely coming back to Porto. What a dream !!

Beautiful location in the heart of the city. Always tons to watch outside the window-- boats, people, birds, the kids loved it! The owners provided so much helpful information and provided everything (and more!) that we needed! Stay here, you won't be disappointed!!

Porto by the river
Fernando's apartment was centrally located and we couldn't have asked for a better location. So many restaurants and bars to choose from right below us. Fernando greeted us with some snacks and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture. He went out of his way to help us when my husband hurt his back. A delightful place to stay and we would love to return!

Great Location and Hosts!
We had a fantastic time at this apartment and made our stay in Porto memorable. Our hosts were also very good and even picked us up when we got a bit lost finding the place. Definitely would stay here again if coming back to Porto in the future. Only warning is that if you are driving there is no on street parking but there is a good public lot not too far away. It’s not the easiest walk with luggage but manageable. And the apartment is well worth it!

Awesome Apartment Right on the River in Porto
Loved the week we stayed in this awesome apartment in a perfect location. We spent hours just looking out the windows and enjoying people watching and the boats going back and forth. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Was so nice to have a wash machine and a kitchen. We went to the market and got incredible vegetables and other goodies. Thank you Fernando for picking us up at the airport and getting us settled. We would love to come back and spend a month. Super clean, and a great location. There are stairs but they are easy to maneuver. We are both seniors and didn't have any trouble at all. Thanks for letting us stay. Steve & LaRae

Awesome place to stay
What an absolutely awesome place to stay. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything to make one’s stay so pleasurable. The location was fantastic and the views were terrific. It overlooks the waterfront and the vibrant activity of markets and buskers - so much fun! It is close to shops, restaurants and great places to have a refreshing drink amongst the lively waterfront activity. The communication with the host was very good - he took the time to meet us and walk us through everything and went all out, leaving a lovely bottle of wine and delicious snacks - what a welcome! There was so much helpful information left for us and the opportunity for many personalized tours which we really appreciated. There were four of us (all adults) and the place was so nice and roomy, giving both privacy and comfort. A great great choice to stay!!! Bravo host.

The location and view are very nice. Overall the unit needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. As an example, there is mold on the inside of the sliding shower doors. Also, it generally takes more than one flush to get all the waste out of the toilet.

Perfect location. Breathtaking views of the Duoro
Our first stay in Porto and this apartment was just lovely. It was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the views and nightlife but felt safe. The extra activities at night did not interrupt our sleep. We found it easy to explore all the areas. The owners were helpful and available for any questions. They left us a beautiful snack and wine upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. You must navigate many steps but all of Porto is on hills and steps so you should be prepared. Great hair dryer too. Thank you...Fernando and Olga.

We saved the best for last
We really enjoyed our stay. Due to the poor quality of our phones from the US working we missed attempts from the host to connect with us the day we arrived. However he made a special trip to the apartment to let us in and show us around. Also was very helpful for additional resources while visiting the Porto area. Location is great to be right next to the river and there are many options for meals. A small grocery store is close by
