"This location was at a great spot, close to many amenities and was very easy to get to! The apartment was nice and clean, well organized and very nice inside. Plenty of parking spots that were maintained even after we were snowed in! The owner of the property was fantastic and very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for that price point, and it’s safe to say that we will be back at some point! "

"My husband and I stay here and we had our 2 dogs with us too. The house was cozy, clean, and a fenced in backyard was perfect. It is local to anywhere in Portsmouth you want to go too. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We had a fantastic time and the house was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again. And the owner was very quick to respond to any question I had and was so helpful. Shout out to Chris!!"

"Hi. My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a few days of exploring the Portsmouth area. What a perfect spot! The unit was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location downtown. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it! "

"Patricia was super communicative from the beginning. Her property was beautiful and the home was equally gorgeous. The house is older so it had so much charm with all its interest quirks. The driveway is massive so it fit all 3 cars we had with ease. We easily walked to downtown in under ten minutes everyday. All in all it’s a great location for a large group!"

"The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The hotel is pet friendly. However, we stayed here 1 week ago and then last night. A week ago I noticed lots of dog poop that some pet owner(s) did not pick up. A week later, it was still there in the same spot. The bushes along the walk from the back door to the dog area need to be cut back so they don't stick people (like men). And the area across from the dog area needs to be swept - there is tons of garbage...
