"We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. "This place is next to a car junk yard and trailer homes. You can tell they are making updates but the finish work is not good. The beds are cheap with terrible sheets, no blankets, or headboards. There is a very bad hole in the driveway. The fan in each room is nice, the kitchen is nice. If you’re just looking to sleep and don’t care about nice sheets and towels then it is good. "

"The inside of the home was clean and inviting. The essential were all there. Some of the extras (bags/foil) were not, but it was ok we were still able to cook and enjoy the home to the fullest. I did get stung by a wasp within the first 15 minutes of arriving, so after that we did not spend as much time outside as we were planning but the home was so spacious we did not miss out. "

"There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower. The AC air filter was filthy and oven cleaner had been sprayed in the oven but never wiped out & cleaned. Overall, this...

"The house was immaculate. We had everything we needed. It was a great spot between Lubbock and Slaton where we had scheduled activities. The only thing that could make it better was grab bars in bathtub/shower for those who are elderly or have a disability to prevent falls. I did need to reach out to host to get check-in info but she responded in a timely manner. Excellent place to stay!"

"We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table."

"I didn't like my room at all, it smelled like cigarettes because my reservation said non-smoker. I talked to the reception and he told me that he didn't have any available to change it for me. I also booked for three people and they put the basics for two. I don't recommend it. The hotel is very neglected and the shower had a water drain. It didn't stop dripping. The water doesn't work for me."
