The house is gorgeous. It’s large and very well laid out. Two of the bedrooms are absolutely huge. All six of us were extremely happy with our stay.

Excellent property

Huge, spacious and beautiful house with large and comfortable rooms and each one with its own bathroom, essential for privacy in large groups, large kitchen to enjoy with family and friends, children and adults enjoyed the ping pong table and other amenities, also the grill, excellent location close to markets, restaurants and boutiques, what we could recommend is to make sure that the internet always works.We are pleased to stay here, Thank you !!!!

Birthday weekend

The property is lovely and very new. It's so new that a few basics were missing (all no big deal but would be helpful), such as more towel hooks/bars in the bathrooms and facial tissue and shampoo in each bathroom. Area rugs would help both bare feet and acoustics. All small stuff; overall, it's a stunning, super-clean place in the perfect location for our time at the CIA in Hyde Park. John (owner) was kind and patient with requests and questions.

This house is so beautiful! It was clean and the decor was so simple but perfect ! The open kitchen area was great for our group! And the bathrooms were amazing! The only thing we had issues with were some of the low supplies. Not a lot of cooking supplies and we needed a few extra towels. But overall we really enjoyed this house! Our teens loved the ping pong table and the dart board. The train to get into the City is less than 15 min away. The neighborhood was quiet on a cult a sack. We even met the neighbors-they were all very nice ! The best thing about this house was the quick response and communication with the host ! They were really quick to help us thru out the stay with anything or any questions we had ! I would def stay here again ! Thank you !!!!!!!

Perfect holiday house for large family

The house had room for all of us, spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. We enjoyed the large open kitchen, well equipped for making big meals, and especially loved the walk in pantry with sink, oven and coffee bar. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms deluxe. Large couch and huge TV in living room with cozy gas fireplace for us to gather and relax. Located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to get to local attractions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Fabulous & Comfortable Stay

The home was even more stunning in person and from the moment we pulled onto the block we were welcomed by its beautiful surroundings. The home was very comfortable, plenty of space and each of us were very impressed by the thoughtful layout and features. We were in town for a very special event commemorating our brothers amazing achievements and had everything we needed for a very pleasant and memorable stay. The screened in porch was an added bonus and of course, we all gravitated around the kitchen and its gorgeous and large center island. Being new to the area, we found the welcome book full of great suggestions and ideas in the local area, which was beautiful and the food delicious! We would all love to gather in this wonderful place again. Thank you to the owners for opening your fabulous home to us. We greatly appreciated the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the amenities throughout!

Nice stay for family reunion

This house is beautiful and HUGE. The rooms are very spacious. There were 9 of us and we each had our own bathroom and had plenty of space. The house is beautiful and in a nice location. Lots of restaurants nearby. The complimentary items in the bathrooms were a nice touch; however, it would have been nice to have more towels provided. The house must be very new as there were still manufacture's stickers on a couple of the windows and some of the appliances and furnishings. The 2 larger room's mattresses were comfortable, but the other 3 room's mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. The bedding was all very nice. The house was very clean, but some of the light fixtures in the kitchen could use dusting/cleaning. The ping-pong table, dart board and games provided were also a nice touch and we enjoyed them. The rental fee is a bit high in my opinion, but if you need a big beautiful house for a larger family, it's great.

Phenomenal Property!!!

Brand new property! Beautifully decorated. Highly responsive owner. Great neighborhood close to vineyards, Walk Over Hudson, great restaurants and markets. Would definitely stay here again! Great find!!
