"First time in this part of Oregon. House and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. What a special place. House was very nice. The layout was great and it was stocked with everything you could think of. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. I own 5 short term rentals which makes me a little more critical. That being said this is definitely a 5 star property. "

"Loved how spacious this room is and the scenery is stunning. Everyone is very kind and helpful. There is an abundance of things to do. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. My only complaint and it’s very minor bc it does not change my opinion on this property but our shower wouldn’t drain and so I was standing in water while showering. Other than that, I would definitely come back and stay here again. "

"This house was perfect for our stay in Bend. My husband & I were in Bend for a week with our 2 small dogs. The location was perfect - close to downtown Drake Park, restaurants, stores, etc. Bend has tons of dog friendly bars and food options too. The fenced backyard was great! The home had everything we needed to be comfortable and made a great home base. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Very comfortable and easy. "

"We had a fabulous time at the Bend River Retreat. Our two families were down for several days to attend a friend‘s wedding.
