Overall the house was nice, clean, and with comfortable beds. Generally a great space and solid house with beautiful location, but for the price some of the details were not quite there. The golf cart that is advertised is just not available. They said it was being serviced when in reality it is sitting broken in the garage. They did comp us for this after we had been asking about renting - so make sure you ask well beforehand. Broken Britta pitcher in the fridge was weak considering they had a filtered water system in the fridge - but who doesn’t love refilling a britta pitcher after every two glasses of water?Outdoor kitchen grill appears to be nonfunctional but they have a propane grill in front of it which we ended up not using. Master bedroom has no closet space for hanging clothes which is absurd. I assume the locked closet in there was a large walk in but is locked with owner’s stuff. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware are a bit of a mishmash so don’t have super high expectations there. Overall would stay again but would love to see some of these issues improved upon.

We LOVED this house

This house was so beautiful, clean and well decorated, it was amazing. It also had unreal Mountain Views. This house is highly recommended. The property managers were also amazing. So helpful and available anytime we needed them. We always know if we rent a property managed by Avant Stay it will be a good one.

Long weekend golf getaway

Beautiful house with nice view across the valley. Nice fire pit to sit next to at night. The bed in the master was extremely comfy. We’re kicking ourselves for not checking the brand.

Family Reunion Celebration

This accommodations of this home was exceptional! It was so clean and the overall set up was outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay in every way possible. We want to go back, it was that amazing! I personally highly recommend this property and the management company AvantStay were so kind, thoughtful and easy to work with!

Brasada Ranch Get away

Overall a really nice house. First off the showers/baths were in two bedrooms leaving the other two bedrooms to have to access them when not in use. Also, all the beds but one were doubles. Would have been much better had they been at least queens.

The views were lovely

The views were lovely, the beds were comfortable, the great room was spacious. For a luxury property, however, we were disappointed in quite a few things. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned. We stepped on crumbs at the edges of carpets, nudged the sofa a bit and the few inches it moved revealed it hadn’t been cleaned under in a very long time, or likely everything was swept under the sofa. There were crumbs at the base of the dining table and under the toe kick of kitchen cabinets. The kitchen countertops had crumbs on it. A previous renter/tenant had spilled a trail of something sticky on the hardwoods near the entry which we did our best to avoid. One-ply toilet paper. One box of Kleenex for the whole house, likely left by a previous renter. No magnifying mirror in main bathroom. The one and only footrest /ottoman in the living area had a fabric that made it slippery, so the ottoman top slipped continuously while simply sitting in the chair with our feet resting on the ottoman. It had to be picked up and readjusted again and again...

Bride’s Family Home away from home

We chose this home for the size and proximity to the venue for our youngest daughter’s wedding. The space was just what we needed and the views far exceeded our expectations. We all traveled from North Carolina, came in at different times. We were very comfortable, enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and our grandkids loved playing on the very large coffe table. The only negative we had was the resort fees that we had to pay. I understand that it’s mandated by Brasada, and had we used the amenities within the resort I would be more okay with them. However, we did not.

The home was beautiful and cozy! We were gone a lot for an equestrian event so we hope to go back to relax a bit more! I would highly recommend this property!

Best mountain views

Beautiful home in brasada! The views from the living room and deck are amazing!! The property management company was very responsive and helpful. Brasada as a property to come visit is the best! So many fun things to do! We will be back and would stay at this home again!
