"The rental was small but charming. The renters hospitality was top notch. They stocked beer in fridge and put out chairs, a beach umbrella and surf boards for them to use. They even left notes on the fridge with all of their favorite places to go. The renters just thought of everything. What a wonderful experience!!!!!!!"

"Mother- daughter trip for senior week. The house was a nice, spacious, and affordable rental, nearby the town of Duck, with a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach. Check in and check out were easy. Neighborhood pool was nice with areas of sun and shade. Beach access was very private and the beach wasn't overly busy even on the weekend. Bedrooms and family room were comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed. The owners could improve this rental by providing more outdoor seating on the...

"My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. We will definitely be coming back, highly recommend this property. "

"The property really needs TLC.. many lightbulbs were burned out, furniture torn or soiled, broken windows with duct tape, curtain rods about to fall off……master bedroom was nice, but the mattress needed replaced. Felt like i was sleeping in a hole. The walk to the beach was short and the location is perfect.. the hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it . I would not book this house again, unless updates were made."
