Wonderful Summer Visit

Villa Panorama is beautiful and charming. Nestled on the cliff side, below a gorgeous church and above gardens and the ocean. In Praiano, central to all Amalfi Coast has to offer. Shops and restaurants up above on the street level. Great people and great time had by my group of 8! We loved Villa Panorama and would recommend! However, elderly, or people with mobility issues should be ware. Pack light . Lots of stairs, but so beautiful! Luca was awesome to work with and we had no issues at all with the property. Enjoy La Dolce Vida in Praiano at Villa Panorama!

Extremely deceptive listing

First and foremost, the listing is extremely deceiving. The views were amazing however we could never use the balconies because of a million ants crawling all over the back patio and balcony. Also, there is construction going on next-door. So along with the amazing views, you also see a lot of trash laying around next to the property.All the bedrooms have double beds that are attached to make one big bed. These beds move easily during the night.We found a live cockroach in the kitchen. Basic amenities were not provided such as hand soap in kitchen. The tiles all over the house were broken. It is a safety hazard for children. You cannot walk around the house without shoes or slippers.WiFi only worked in the living room so we had no connectivity in the bedrooms. Location was good with 10 minute walk to beach club, short walk to restaurants and public transport.

Dreamy coastal house!

We enjoyed every minute in this property! Luca was so responsive and wonderful during our stay! Started us off with a chilled Prosecco and just got better from there! Highly recommend this amazing place!

Beautiful villa in heart of Praiano

This villa was the perfect location for our Amalfi vacation. Easy to walk to dinner, shops, church and beach club. However, there are a lot of steps. It was very manageable for our group but if you have trouble going up and down steps, the Amalfi coast is not a good place to go. There are steps everywhere you go because everything is built on and into the beautiful cliffs. The inside of the villa could use a little updating. Most of the furnishings are older looking but it’s very cozy. Kitchen was stocked well, we cooked dinner in the villa one night. There is a washing machine and drying rack outside with clothes pins. The view is amazing from the upper and lower decks. This is a two story villa with 3 full bathrooms. Beds are not bad but more firm than we are used to. Host communicated well and was very responsive. Luke met us on the Main Street in town and helped us get our luggage down to the villa. The location of this villa is perfect and Praiano is one of the best places to stay on the Amalfi coast because it’s quieter and less crowded than other towns. I highly recommend Villa Panorama!!

Excellent location

Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. My only caution would be that the lower level with one bedroom and kitchen had a damp mildewy smell. But the upper level with two bedrooms was perfectly fine. Wonderful balcony with loungers and table and chairs overlooking Positano.

Beautiful villa with great views!

Wonderful stay with breathtaking views. Lovely older traditional villa with everything we needed. Just a little problem with the wi-fi but the area was down so not anyones fault. Even the stairs were not a problem, made us a a little fitter. Maria the villa manager was absolutely amazing with checkin and any enquiries we had. Thank you Maria. You made the experience better. We were also lucky to be there for the San Gennaro Festival which was special to see. :)

Nice retreat

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Panarama . The views are spectacular both day and night. Maria was very helpful upon on arrival giving us recommendations for restaurants taxi drivers and bus schedules. Then location is perfect, with great restaurants and cafes yet villa is very private and peaceful.

Comfortable House with Amazing Views!

The house was clean and comfortable, the views were just amazing. Access to the house can be challenging for those that are less than fit or the elderly. Of course that was all well disclosed by owners. House is built on side of a mountain affording tremendous once in a lifetime views, but that came at a price of navigating the steps. Great if you don't plan to leave the property a whole lot. Not for the unfit or elderly. Otherwise, hosts were excellent, very communicative, very helpful. Pool is small (again, properly disclosed). Location not bad for restaurants, markets, and a gorgeous church. Great if you want to go and relax.

My favorite rental home ever!

Villa Panorama… I miss you already. We were a family of 8. Very spacious in and outside, big bedrooms, nice size bathrooms & showers. Kitchen was equipped with basics I cooked with no issues. House was clean with air conditioning and beds are comfortable. Now for the views…. Wow!! The upper balcony provides 2x bedrooms a view and the lower kitchen level has the same views. Spacious outdoor sitting area for 8, table, chairs, umbrellas and of course the cool tub, we floated in each very hot day enjoying the view. The view is completely unobstructed with Positano in the distance and the open sea. Quiet neighborhood. 3 -5 minute walk up to street to Praiano. There you have several wonderful restaurants, a gift shop with lovely ceramics, a cafe and bus stop. I fell in love with Praiano. It is is the middle between Positano & Amalfi. Do not walk to these places. Taxis & busses are safer. There is a tourist information office in town that can assist you with excursions, etc. after a long, hot, crowded day in Positano it is very nice to come back and relax. Maria & Luca were our property managers and were helpful and friendly. Each check in/out. My 79 year old mother was able to walk up & back to town each day at her own pace. Thank you for sharing this special home with us and this special location. We will share our experience positively. Ciao!

What a view!!

The view and location are amazing! The house is a bit outdated but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests must be able to walk and do multiple stairs to access. I would also recommend a luggage porter - we used Elide +39 366 811 1510 for departure and they were well worth the money! Maria is very responsive and helpful. The best contact we received from Maria was Alfonso at Atrani Luxury Service! Praiano Vacation

Our Stay at Villa Panorama was great. Maria was great from the moment we arrived.. The house is very nice but is in need of minor work hear and there... nothing that would stop us from booking again .This house is all about location!! super quiet and very private. The plunge pool is worth it after the long day of walking stairs. If we return to the Amalfi coast, we will be staying here again! Thanks again Maria for making our trip a great memory!

Praiano Stay incredible location!

Property location was perfect, close restaurants and shops, One Fire Beach, but not as crowded as Amalfi or Positano! Maria and check in was great! Small pool and balcony and views were incredible! The unit itself was very quiet, no neighbors around! It was a bit older and weathered, particularly the two larger bedrooms but definitely livable and comfortable! Maria was responsive helping with parking, we drove from Rome, restaurants and tours etc! The AC has to stay at 25C which was a bit warm on a hot night! Driving once we got to Positano was treacherous to say the least but we managed very well! At the top of the steps was a church and several bars and restaurants which were great for breakfast and coffee, a nice little bar one your walk down to the beach as well! Extraordinary sunrise and sunsets! Be sure to do the leminccillio factory tour right down the streets and walk the path of gods up from Praiano for extraordinary views!

Impeccable View!

Villa Panorama in Praiano had an unbeatable view and excellent location. It was close to one of the town’s beaches, walking distance to restaurants and little convenience markets for any necessities you may have forgotten. Also close to bus stops for a quick trip into Positano. The villa’s layout was perfect for our group of seven. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have access to three bathrooms. The pool was bigger than we thought, and an absolute necessity on a hot day on the AMALFI Coast. All in all, it was perfecto!

Delightful Villa Panorama

We had a lovely time at Villa Panorama. The property was as described, Francesco, the property manager was very helpful. We loved the house, the view, the pool, Priano. Francesco helped us arrange portage for our departure and helped us with luggage to the property. Questions and any matters were handled promptly. We would love to be able to stay at Villa Panorama again, next time we are in Praiano

We loved staying in this quaint Praiano property and loved the quite town and visiting with the local cafe and restaurant owners. Maria was very helpful and happy to meet us at the property in the evening when we arrived. She was always quick to respond to my emails and/or texts which was very helpful! We hope to visit the Amalfi coast again someday soon!

Amazing

We loved it here. Praiano is much quieter than the busier Positano, but there are still multiple wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. The views from the two balconies were breathtaking. There are quite a few steps to get to the house, but very manageable.

Amazing Villa in Praiano!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maria’s villa in Praiano. It exceeded expectations for our family of 5 (children ages 9-13). Stunning views of Positano and Capri. Lovely outdoor space with a small but much appreciated pool. Walk to beach, grocery and restaurants. Lots of stairs - but that’s everywhere on the coast. Excellent location!! We loved being in Praiano which is much quieter and felt more authentic and less touristy than Positano (although we enjoyed going there for a day). And the Villa feels quintessential Italian coast. Maria was helpful throughout our pre-travel and stay - very responsive. Highly recommend!

An absolute amazing view is the greatest feature of this place.

An absolute amazing view is the greatest feature of this place. You can not imagine how beautiful this view is! Maria has let us into a great house with the original Amalfi coast charme. Very clean, comfortable and without a doubt very spacious for a house in a vertical village. Super quiet neighborhood in the center of a very sweet village called Praiano - the perfect place to start your Amalfi coast adventures. We found Maria to be very helpful, super connected, always available and super sweet. Grazie 1000 - we will be back! Thank you Maria and thanks god for creating the stunning Amalfi coast!

Summer escape

As soon as we left we missed Villa Panorama. We didn't mind the stairs, was a great work out! Loved the church, the walk to the beach, the beach itself Bar del Sole, the buses, the little pool (we needed it, it was hot and our legs were sore) loved it!! Maria was wonderful to communicate with!

Stunning villa with exceptional views and excellent Management communication in Praiano Amalfi Coast Italy. 1. Incredible views 2. Lovely decks on all floors 3. Excellent additional spaces / kitchen, dining, and living rooms. 4. Outstanding communication from the moment you book. 5. You can walk to everything / restaurant, nightclub,, beach, grocery, pharmacy - but the villa is perfectly quiet. You will not hear a sound in the villa. Negatives - 9 am checkout. - There are a lot of steps in this whole are of Amalfi coast - so be aware.
