Fantastic home and location
This house was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of space for the two of us, and the front patio was perfect for relaxing outdoors. While we didn’t use the backyard space, it looked like a great spot to chill too. The location was fantastic to get to the downtown area for restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. the neighborhood was clean and there was very little traffic on the street. Will stay again if we can.

Love this place!
We have stayed at this property several times and love it. You can't ask for a better location in Prescott. It's a very short walk to all the downtown locations of interest and Whiskey Row. We travel to Prescott frequently and will hope this property is available!

Holiday visit
This property is in an excellent location. Walkable to downtown Prescott. Can park behind the cottage. Could use updated furniture. Bed small, couch and chairs old and not comfortable, need a new wine bottle opener. Grab bar and a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. would be nice. If you are wanting a quite place there is quite a bit of street noise (street is a cut through). Plenty of towels and blankets. Washer and dryer very convenient. Host easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for my wife and I. My wife only suggestion for the property owner or management would be adding a full body mirror ! Other than that we got what we wanted again the location was perfectly at walking distance from whiskey row

Great place near the heart of Prescott
Perfect spot for anyone wanting to stay near Whiskey Row. It’s a short walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as several nice walking trails. The house was great, with a nice kitchen with all the appliances for eating leftovers so we didn’t always have to go out.

This property is in a great location, and is a cozy place to spend a couple days. The chalet is outfitted with all the necessities, and quite a few extras. The only disappointment we had was not being able to watch the World Series, as the TV is not connected to a live TV source. Our Aussie shepherd enjoyed her time there, too

Comfortable spot in an amazing location
You couldn't ask for a better spot to enjoy downtown Prescott and the chalet is small but comfortable. There was a minor issue getting in at check in, but the property manager came immediately to resolve it.

Better to stay in a great hotel for the price
The door/code was intermittent, sometimes requiring 6 or more tries to open it. Then on closing it to leave, it doesn't always lock itself and you have to slam it several times to make it lock. The price initially offered was reasonable, but ends up costing almost double. Also, you require a massive sign off with several pages of lawyered contract and possibly 20 initials of EVERY PARAGRAPH of the huge contract. Oh, and BTW, Your internet didnt work and I spent several hours with your on-site techy as she tried to make it work. Can I get reimbursed for that please?. The outside steps to the veranda are peeling paint dreadfully.

Mixed feelings
I had stayed in the larger, 2 bedroom unit twice before——both chalets have since been bought & are managed by a property mgmt company. Not as clean or well stocked as when Laura owned them. Porch & Patio furniture was full of cobwebs—-too many to be a recent development. Most properties I stay in have good olive oil & vinegar stocked—-this house had an old bottle of cheap canola oil. Single bathroom downstairs (bedroom is up) was more inconvenient than I thought. Mornings are noisy—-bed is against a window, so trucks that drliver to the restaurants across the street arrived beeping before 6AM. My code didn’t work when I arrived, so it took a while to get it resent, causing me to miss an event—-but Kristin really was trying to help get it remedied! Thanks Kristin
