Clean, comfortable and great location
We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, enough space for family of five. Basement room had games, foosball table and chess table. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast. There was a wine bottle left for us to enjoy, which we appreciated very much after long day at kids activities.We would certainly stay here again!

Charming & Cozy Getaway in the Pines!
We loved our stay at this 1940-built home snuggled in the pines in Prescott. Although it was cold, it provided a wonderful long-weekend, cozy getaway for us and our 2 pups. The home is close to downtown for a quick jaunt to tasty restaurants and endless shopping! Or, if you’re so inclined, it’s near the ages old “saloons.” We enjoyed an evening walking tour, “Murders and Mysteries,” which gave us the colored history of Prescott. I almost hate to share how wonderful this house is so it’s available for us to come back! The layout was great for families, couples or small families with separated beds and baths. The kitchen was very pretty and functional and the living and dining rooms were open and accommodating. Our favorite space was the stone-fenced backyard because our dogs loved it and we even saw deer having breakfast across the road! Book this one. It’s perfect for your Prescott stay!

Beautiful setting close to town
This was a very nice home set in the pines and 5 minutes to town. The house has all the amenities and the layout of the three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. We walked in and the home was decorated for Christmas with tree and all. We’d definitely stay again on a return trip!

Cozy getaway
We loved our weekend getaway. The property is as beautiful as listed, it just wasn’t *as* walkable to downtown as we thought (or we are just not as active as we once were). The backyard was incredibly spacious and perfect for our dog. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Would definitely book again!

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

Beautiful Prescott Neighborhood
We were in Prescott for a family wedding. This location was easy access to downtown. The home was extremely clean, had everything you needed. Our family was very comfortable. Gina was a gem to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely return to their beautiful home. The toddlers loved collecting pinecones in the backyard.

Great house and location!
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rebook. The backyard is so big and spacious, our pups were in heaven! The house is very clean, comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities, and great location to downtown. We are frequent VRBO renters and this one checked off all the boxes for sure! Highly recommend.

Hideaway Happy!
Property was as presented. Easy to communicate with the owner. The home had everything that we needed. Quiet and serene yet you are very close to downtown Prescott! Enjoyed the bunnies and other desert animals that ventured near the property as well. We traveled with a baby and having that third room allowed parents to enjoy time after baby asleep.

It was lovely.
Back yard was wonderful for us and our 13 year old dog. We needed a respite from Mesa heat. Birds, deer, snails. Loved that. You might think about grab bars in the showers and make sure the TV remotes are working. This was my first VRBO. Looking forward to my next one.

Beautiful location and conveniently located. Beautiful kitchen with everything. BBQ grill was helpful. Back patio lovely. We even saw some deer. Front entrance enchanting with beautiful lawn and mature trees. Spacious for our group of five adults. Great bathrooms and showers. Comfortable master bedroom and bed. Would definitely stay again.

Home Away from Home
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and downtown. It is nicely decorated; has a very well stocked kitchen; comfortable beds; and a nice backyard. We enjoyed sitting outside having our coffee in the morning. This property owner also provides nice extras like coffee, some cooking supplies, paper goods and games & books. You’ll enjoy your stay 😊

This house has everything!
Every amenity you might imagine you’ll need at a vacation rental, this home has. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with nice dishes and pans, as well as basic cooking spices and such in the pantry. The yard is spacious and lovely. The location is ideal, a short driving distance to the town square. Probably could walk to it easily. Very nice!

Perfect for our family!
We thoroughly enjoyed this property! Multiple chess/checker games downstairs! The loa room to downtown was a quick drive. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was amply supplied with all one would need for cooking meals for your family!
