"Tidy, cozy cottage. Hot tub a big plus, as is the firepit and shaded outdoor picnic table for outdoor meals. Even a cold mid-Spring stay was made lovely by the flowering trees. Near a road with infrequent but fast-moving cars, however cottage is set back from the road and is quiet. Proximity to Livingston Manor is great for good food and more."

"Our boys fished the entire day and night away catching and releasing! There was plenty of outddoor space for a family get together. We had great host that answered any question we had. The house is exactlly as shown in pictures. The "cozy sleeping area" is just as much a bedroom as the others. We visit p.a often as i have family there! We have found our new everytime stay! With this home!"

"The property was great. The dirt roads to get in had a few potholes and dips, but overall fine. There were no instructions for the tv or the a/c unit. While the manager was quick to respond to our text, she didnt really know how to run the a/c either. There were no extra trash bags left other than the one already in the kitchen trash can. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful location. Communication with the owner and property manager was so easy. We loved the location and precious animals around the property. The three barn cats were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. "This cabin was just what we were looking for! Beautiful views, lots and LOTS of space to run around, easy access to trails and so peaceful. We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. My family and I had the most wonderful time and would love to return! 10/10 - would recommend!"

"We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. There’s a great playroom with tons of toys for the babies and toddlers , loads of activities for teens and adults and a great pool to swim or just sunbathe!!! Would definitely consider going again!! The only issue we had were the mattress es, it’s not so comfortable…."

"Rented the property recently with whole family. The house is big enough for 15 people, very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The pool is super clean and warm temperature. The probably overall has perfect location, you can hike or relax outside. Owners are super friendly and will answer all your questions Definitely will book again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"If I needed a place to stay in the area, I would come back. The place was very nice, clean, and well kept. We even sat around to fire pit and spoke with others staying there. We stayed in the main hotel building. The rooms were small, but clean. Be aware there are no TV's in the rooms, that may be a good thing for some. I also suggest that if the restaurant, Conover Club, is open it is a great meal. I have one minor complaint. They advertise that they give you free cups coffee in the lobby, but...
