It can be annoying if you need to use an Uber or taxi because you’ll need to walk to one of the entrances but makes it safer. Cute cats hang outside on the back deck. Path down to the water. "

"Recently took our first trip to Las Gaviotas for a friends birthday and stayed at this beautiful home. Check in was easy, host was very helpful and accommodating, and the home seemed to have everything you could need. Although it's not beach front, the location was perfect for getting right down to the beach as there was a walkway directly through the homes across the street. The views from the home are amazing with panoramic views of the ocean from both the wrap around deck and inside the home....
