We loved the property the house was nice and spacous it was beautifully stocked with everything your family would need lots of information on the area and surrounding areas beautiful books on Tasmania lots of things for your entertainment beautiful views and just a short stroll to the beach we would highly recommend it

Such fantastic accommodation! Great views and easy access to the beach which was safe and beautiful for the kids to play and swim. All the amenities we needed were provided and the accommodation was clean, quiet and the locals were very friendly. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our week as did our miniature schnauzer. The home presented exactly as described - spotless and with ample crockery, cutlery, pantry items and dog accessories. The view was amazing with dolphins present. The beach was minutes walk away and dog friendly. The property being not fully fenced was a minor issue. Property manager Deb was a great communicator. We will definitely be back

Home away from home

On arrival we went straight to the deck and soaked up the stunning ocean view. A perfect location for rest and relaxation. Then we entered the house which actually felt like friends had justed stepped out and left us to make ourselves at home. Exceptional accommodation and Tasmanian holiday highlight.

Comfy house in a great location

Wonderful Christmas stay

We had a spectacular stay at primrose sands. The weather was warm and sunny, the location superb and the house was the cherry on top. Very well appointed accommodation and Deb was a warm and helpful host. The house is on tank water and the views were amazing. We saw a lively pod of dolphins make there way across the bay.

Wow!!!!

Perfection is a lot of little things done well. Surely the best place we have ever stayed at. Very kind and thoughtful hosts. Excellent communication. Location and views are superb. By far the best stocked house for all those food bits you forgot to bring. The complimentary bottle of Pinot Noir was much enjoyed. So kind of you Deb. We are already planning our return with family to share the delights.

Wonderful place to stay

The rain was pouring when we arrived but it didnt matter, the accomodation was wonderful, everything you could ever need was thought of and more. The accomodation not only looked great but everthing was comfortable, beds, sofas etc. Once the weather cleared the views and the beach were fantastic. The whole family want to go back.

Paradise at Dolphin View - Primrose Sands

The property was presented well with everything a family could need for a holiday at the beach. Views and walking track to the beach made a for a gorgeous stay. Fantastic communication and check- in, house was perfect.

Relaxing sty by the beach

The beach house was lovely. Very clean and modern and good parking. Lovely large deck to enjoy the views from. Very easy stroll along the headland to the beautiful beach. Reverse cycle air conditioning made it easy to keep cool on the hot days and warm up on a cold morning. Great holiday home. Lots of board games for the kids as well.

All I can say is OMG !

If we knew how amazing this property was we would have stayed longer. Super clean, extremely well stocked, and the views!! Beachfront at its best! Deb was a dream to deal with. You will definitely not be disappointed, and we are looking forward to being able to come back.

Can't beat the view from this fantastic house

This was our second stay at the house and, although we had a lot of grey weather, it was still a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped with lots of nice touches and very close to the beach. Magic!
