"The studio is actually much larger than I imagined and quite nice. There's no air conditioning but a nice breeze flows through. The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable. The owner is very nice. Problems I had were maintenance related. Only one of the two fans worked. The refrigerator started making loud noise for about 2 hours then calmed down.
