We were traveling with our 10-month old and wanted equipped condos to suit our needs. The description of this unit is false advertisement.
It says it has a kitchen/kitchenette. That only means microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. No stove, kitchen sink, or even counter top. Luckily there is a communal BBQ by the pool that we used for all 5 nights there. Also had to do dishes in the bathroom sink. There was also only 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons, and a couple plates. A decent knife and cutting board would go a long way at the very least.
It also says there is coin laundry. FYI that means 20 miles away in Kapaa, nothing on site.
We called Princeville Vacation Rentals to see what could be done to help us out. They said the Property Manager would be in touch to help. We never heard from anyone. After the trip I emailed to ask when to expect our damage deposit would be returned. Again, no answer.
This place is ok at best. Just do your homework and know what you're getting into. We had much better experiences with other VRBOs on Kauai, at a cheaper price too.
