It's remote enough to see the stars in the hot tub on a clear night, but has a lot of towns and villages around to drive to for days out, plus local walks which were detailed in the welcome book. "The house was a perfect place for a long overdue family holiday. 14 of our family stayed for a long weekend, communication with host was excellent the house itself was decorated and furnished to a really high standard the house was extremely well maintained and very clean. "A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"We stayed for a week in December during a hard time for our family, and the property was just what we were after; rural, quiet and calm, with a lovely pub just yards away. The only issue we ran into was that the dishwasher was too small to clean the plates provided. But the owner was pleasant, the wood burner made things cost, and the bathroom was clean. Napton is a lovely village with a really good local store, and the Folly pub is fantastic. This property would work for a couples’ mini-break...
