Bij uitval van de electriciteit werd onmiddellijk een alternatief appartement in hetzelfde palazzo ter beschikking gesteld. Centrale locatie, metro, restaurants en winkels op minuten afstand. "We spent two nights here in a beautiful apartment in a slightly less touristy area of Naples. The apartment was first class. Communication and introduction from Claudia were wonderful. The place was clean, well furnished and comfortable. The terrace overlooking Naples was incredible as advertised. "Location was good. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb 10 flights of stairs. Mold in the bathroom and water damage through out. Furnishings not good quality . Hadn’t been cleaned and had an ant infestation. Wouldn’t give a refund and left early. "

"We enjoyed our three nights in Napoli, found the flat very much to our liking. It's comfortable and quiet, well supplied and has plenty of room. I loved the high--very high!--ceilings and doors. The balcony was a great place for people watching. There are many cofffee bars and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket just around the corner. The archeological museum is an easy walk away.Piero is a kind and welcoming host, a very nice man. It was a pleasure to meet him. "

"Las fotos publicadas no hacen honor a la verdad, el apartamento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos Limpieza mal, la propietaria nos dejó el frigorífico lleno de sobras delos anteriores inquilinos y el congelador estaba asqueroso Lo peor fue que la propietaria nos pidió 42 euros de tasas cuando en la reserva nos ponía que la tasa a pagar eran 28 euros Es necesario vehículo ya que no hay comunicación con transportes No recomiendo para nada este alojamiento No recomie"

"Nous avons tout aimé ! Le personnels est ultra sympathique et se plie en 4 pour que votre séjour soit au top ! Très très agréable avec les enfants ! Le logement est au top , super équipe , un jacuzzi par logement , un coin embrace personnel , piscine .. enfin tout .. et pour finir une vue magnifique ! On y retournera ..c est le meilleur endroit de nos 15 jours de balade en Italie !!!"

"My husband and I had been looking for a place near the apartment we rented 50 years ago. We couldn't believe the location of Anna's house. It was perfect! "Susy was amazing and accommodating, she was there personally to help us get settled and make sure we had everything we needed! The apartment was beautiful and clean, with a gorgeous view of Mt. Vesuvius from the patio. The apartment had the cutest entrance from the street through a small door that lead to a bigger courtyard. We were given clear directions for how to get exactly where we needed to go, so there was no stress! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."
