Amazing Ocean Heights!
This was our second visit to Ocean Heights. It was amazing last year and this year it didn’t disappoint! It’s a stunning house, in a stunning location. Just a little way away from all the ‘businesses ’ of Holetown etc. We chilled and had an amazing time. Nikita was amazing, as last year. She makes the experience even better. Thank you! Sonia and Natalie made the booking etc so easy an effortless. Communication was a breeze!Thank you guys! But the star of the show is OH and watching the sunset. An experience I will never tire of. During the day you get turtles, stingrays and even mantarays swimming by. This is truly a magical experience of a place! We’re already looking at booking OH again for next year!

our stay was amazing, it was break taking, it was more the expecting. We love Nikita and Maria they were the best. Nikita the food was amazing no complaints and the grocery store run I love you for that. Maria thank you for cleaning everyday and going above and beyond for us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. ❤️🥳 My birthday and girls trip is going in the books for an amazing time. Angie and my girls

Good villa but needs an update
Overall we had a good stay, however the property is in need of a refurbishment and is as stunning as in photos or video when originally done. There are several areas which are a bit worse for wear. The rail on the steep steps to beach only goes half way, as has obviously rusted off years ago and unless you are agile could be dangerous. Certainly would not recommend if you have young children. The villa is in a good location 15 minutes form Bridgetown or Hole Town and on the bus route. Beach is 5 minute walk where the La Calabane restaurant is also located. We stayed in master bedroom on the top floor which is huge and has a terrace with fantastic views and a very comfortable bed. Good bathroom apart from mirrors which on only good if you are 4ft tall, I had to kneel to shave! Nikita greeted us on arrival, which was half hearted at best and felt like we were an inconvenience. We got the impression that she was miffed we had not booked her to cook, but we like to go out to the many good restaurants along the coast. She never announced her presence, when turning up in morning and was not very cheerful and hard to engage in conversation. As this is a high end villa we would of expected a few thoughtful touches such as milk, bread, water and butter in fridge on arrival which would of been a nice touch.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super- privater Meerzugang, sehr schöner Blick. Nikita, die Köchin hat uns hervorragend bekocht und war immer bei Allem behilflich. Auch Maria hatte das Hauskeeping gut im Griff. Für Gehandicapte ist das Haus wegen der vielen steilen Treppen ungeeignet. Liegen sind sehr bequem und ausreichend. Sessel vorm Living sind leider nur 4-für 6 Leute 2 zu wenig. Die Bestuhlung auf dem Balkon unbequem. Die Stühle um den Esstisch sind schon etwas durchgesessen und der Stoff etwas schmuddelig. Ebenso sind alle Matratzen durchgelegen Im kleinen Zimmer oben funktionierte die Klimaanlage leider am Wochenende nicht, als Nakita nicht da war. Da waren dann 28 Grad Celsius nicht unbedingt gut. Ansonsten war das Haus gut ausgestattet( bis auf Gläser, die größtenteils aus Plastik waren). Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war etwas schleppend. Um die korrekte Adresse zu erfahren , musste ich mehrmals schreiben, obwohl wir vorher auf dem Schiff nicht immer Internetempfang hatten und ich darauf hingewiesen hatte. Immerhin war die komplette Summe ja schon sehr rechtzeitig für die Miete überwiesen worden. Die nachträgliche Buchung der Köchin klappte gut. Allerdings haben wir für 31.1-5.2.24 bezahlt, aber am Sonntag (4.2.) gab es weder Köchin noch Service, worauf vorher niemand hingewiesen hat. Grundsätzlich ist das Haus preislich am oberen Ende eingruppiert- da sollte schon Alles stimmen

Great spot
Really good location especially if u want to spend time in the water. The home next door was under some disrepair and had a loud dog. Additionally road traffic was somewhat loud. That said, we were able to spend a LOT of tim on the water and the beach near by is fantastic with a tremendous outdoor restaurant, paddle boards etc. Best aqua blue water vacation our family has had.

Excellent stay
Our stay was amazing. Both Marie and Nikita were great, helpful and more than accommodating. Steps from the beach, it was so cool to see the house while on a boat ride with extended family. More than enough room for our whole family. Wiuld love to book again.

The Perfect Stay
We spent 9 nights in Ocean Heights and we loved every minute! It's spacious, the view is gorgeous, the location was perfect for us. I can't say enough about Nikita (cook + more) and Ms. Marie (housekeeper) they were absolutely wonderful. Nikita was a fantastic cook, amazing resource for island happenings and extremely patient with my reaching out to her "after hours" when I locked myself out of our bedroom. Everything was as advertised. We loved having access to a small beach right by the house and when the tide is low you can literally wade through the water to Batts Rock Beach just down the street. Both La Cabane and Cala Roca restaurants are nearby. Bridgetown is an easy bus ride from Ocean Heights. If you want to be in the thick of Bajan nightlife this is bit off the beaten path (though accessible by cab or car), but if you want to enjoy the ocean, eat good food and relax this is the perfect place.

Unforgettable
House was beautiful and right on the water. Both Nakitas (housekeepers) were very helpful and accommodating. Nakita set up massages and jet skis for us. The food they cooked was delicious. We had an amazing stay in Barbados.

Spectacular and comfortable cliff top house
The house is almost exactly as you see in the listing and extremely comfortable, especially the beautiful master suite. You can swim from the steps of the house but it is also very close (4 min walk) to a wonderful beach and restaurant/beach bar, with the bus stops close by on the main road to easily get to other parts of the island. The views from the terraces are spectacular, especially at sunset time. However, it was the lovely staff who really made it for me because they were both friendly and helpful. All the meals cooked by Nikita for my large family of 12 were delicious and having my laundry neatly folded each afternoon was a treat. I’d love to return some day.

Lovely stay in St James’s
Great location, stunning views, well maintained property. Staff fantastic. Nikita our cook was simply amazing. Steps might be challenging for some, but the height gives you great views and privacy. Walk-on direct access to beach was also great. I would have no hesitation recommending the property and the support team, who worked hard to make our stay a pleasure. Thank you

Amazing and Unforgettable stay!
Beautiful property in prime location, we loved the house and had an awesome time. It’s only steps away from the water where you can swim with turtles! There is a cool bar nearby and all the big restaurants on the west coast are less than 10 mins taxi away. Would definitely stay again!

West Coast Wonder
A group of seven of us stayed at Ocean Heights for the week to enjoy the beautiful country of Barbados. When we entered the villa, everyone’s jaws dropped as we took in our beautiful surroundings. Everything was perfect from the spacious rooms to the outstanding staff. Sonia, Sandra and Casey attended to our every needs from giving us insights about the island to keeping our rooms (and clothing) clean. Sandra’s cooking was fantastic as each breakfast and dinner was Five Star restaurant quality! I definitely recommend paying the extra fee to hire her to cook your meals. The location of the villa was great in that we were a short walk away from the local beach bar, supermarket and gas station/convenience store. We all plan on returning next year to Ocean Heights!

Fabulous Home
10 girls on our annual trip. For 8 years we go to a different island. Barbados was by far our favorite. The home is absolutely gorgeous. There's a really cute beach about 5 min walk from house You'll definitely see monkeys on your way there. Great drinks & food. We all agree that our favorite part of the house is the two lovely girls that work there. Marquita is a fantastic cook & super easy to live with. Sonia, is a Gem too. We can't wait to return to Ocean Heights.

“Swim from you back door”
We traveled to Barbados for the annual swim festival which consisted of multi day swims at various points around the island and concluded on Sunday with the choice of a 5k or 10k swim in Carlisle Bay. The home easily accommodated our group of 11 and provided easy access to the water behind the home and a short walk to Batts ````Rock each and La Cabane beach bar and restaurant. The house is also close to downtown shopping and site seeing. Marquita was the housekeeper and cleaned and washed daily. Our group is pretty self sufficient but it wa nice to have someone local to ask about certain attractions on the island. The house is spectacular and came as advertised. The pictures online don’t lie. You will not be disappointed.
