Very quiet and clean. The boat dock has power and is easily accessible from a small ramp that is one minute east of the property. Everything works in the home and the view of the Saluda River from the screened in back porch is awesome. Neighbors were all very polite and helpful. Great vacation if looking to just get away and reset.

Great Lake
Musty smell in house Dead bugs on floor, night stand and window sills Live ants in guest room. Live large bugs in guest room. Chip crumbs on living room floor. Note on Washing machine says out of order. Screened porch was so dirty. Both beds are too hard. Security lights stay on 24/7 and shine in bedroom windows and plastics blinds do not stop light. Loose fish hooks strewn about dock. Loose sewing needles laying around; inside and outside. Good location Good dock Good view good grill Refrigerators were very clean inside. Ice maker works great in one frig. AC was ok. Needed to keep all fans on. Only 4 feet of water at dock

Great Property
The house was on a great piece of property. It had a great dock and all the amenities in the house were all you could need. The house was very clean but musty. There are a lot of bugs that limited our outdoor time. Also a lot of cobwebs on the dock.

Anniversary Getaway... fishing
Loved the property and home All the basic amenities for a getaway Quiet and peaceful (except disrespectful intoxicated neighbors, their pets, and guests). Get what you need before you get there, you'll be one with nature, listening to the frogs, cicadas, and herons. Good fishing from the dock, which has accommodations for shore power for your boat, and night light, and a sitting deck on walkway.

Lake Murray Trip
The interior of the house was very nice and comfortable. The pier was great and is perfect for someone with a boat. The exterior of the property could use some updating. We would have liked an outside seating area and a firepit.

Great trip!
My trip was great from the beginning to the end. The house was very clean. The area was very quiet and peaceful. We were able to catch lots of fish. My family and I are looking forward to staying here again. We will recommend this location to everyone.

Great place to get away
I had a great experience with this property. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. I spent most of my time fishing as that's what I went to the lake to do and this place was perfect for that. I brought my kayak and was able to launch it right from the shore and had a blast fishing for stripers. I will be looking to book this place again in the spring when the lake level is back up. Thank you for letting me stay!

The most relaxed we have ever been!
We visited this weekend with my husbands cousin and his wife! We fished, floated in the lake and then fished some more we were so relaxed we ordered subs for dinner instead of leaving out Lille piece of serenity! I have never booked through one of these sites before and I travel for work all the time. I was so impressed with this beautiful cozy home! We WILL be back THANK YOU

Overall very nice experience. Would have liked some more in depth instructions for the television. Everything was provided….I.e. dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels etc. Very considerate. House was very clean and easily accessible. Will definitely consider this property again.
