Quiet beach
The house is definitely out of the way, but that was ok for us. We did go to the other side of the island a few times and walk around shops and the beach of Grace Bay, but the quiet around this house was very nice. We did not know that there were two houses sharing the pool, which was fine. The house and beach area are very well maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing house in a quiet area of town
We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The house was very clean, and it had more than enough paddle boards and kayaks for the entire family to use. The beach was cleaned and raked every morning before we were even awake. Ben, the care taker was absolutely amazing and just a kind person. He would check in daily to make sure everything was good, and made sure we knew how to get a hold of him if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful beach house right on the ocean to relax at and enjoy.

Terrific Location, Clean Place, Overall Great
It was really amazing being footsteps from your back porch to the water. We tend to stay away from the mega resorts where you spend 20 minutes to get from your room to the water. If that is you, this is the place. Also, the property was clean and well furnished, the on-site maintenance was always available or cleaning up the property. Overall was great, highly recommend it.

School Break with grandkids, daughter and son in law
We were greeted by Ben the property manager, it was reassuring he was close by if we needed anythibng; We loved Ben! Nice shallow water, didn't worry about kids in the water, could walk out very far. The kids and I took the kayaks out to mangroves and saw fish, birds and stingrays. Comfortable beds, everything nice and clean. I would definately go back and recommend this house.

Property is exactly as explained and shown. Just need a way to add more stars. It’s nothing short of amazing! Secluded, private and beautiful. We have a love for Long Bay Beach and we’re so happy with our choice with this place. The best people to rent from! So enjoyable and love the island!

Beautiful beach home
This was the perfect place to stay! The home was beautiful, so many water activities right out our back door and with a gorgeous view of the water. It was quiet and peaceful and the grounds were kept so clean. It was also in a great location — just a quick drive to many restaurants and other beaches. We were able to spend so many days hanging out at the pool or beach and our morning breakfasts in the screened in room were perfect.

Peaceful & Secluded Stay
The cottage met all our expectations and provided everything we needed. The beachfront location is wonderful. The cottage is well equipped. The daily care/cleaning of the beach was especially appreciated. There was a small issue with the porch screen door not closing; and, a quick text & a couple hours later it was repaired. If ever to visit Providenciales again, would stay no place else.

Quiet location, fun property
Spent 4 nights in July. Property was very clean inside and out, beds were comfy, property managers were super responsive to questions. There was seaweed on the beach in general but they did an awesome job of cleaning the seaweed in front of the property so our views and our beach area was pristine. Loads of water toys which were super fun. It is shallow for a very, very long way. Ideal for smaller kids, not as ideal for bigger kids but an awesome place to start and end your day.

The house was just the right size. It was clean and well maintained....if we had any problems, Ben , the maintenance man responded quickly. There was a screened in porch which took you out to the back yard, actually it took right onto the beach where there were an array of toys, kayaks, paddle boards. you could wade out "forever" and just be p to your waist. We brought a couple of "floaties" and just chilled...it was so relaxing !! It was quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful property on the beach!!
We had an amazing week at this place. Having a place right on the beach was awesome. The rooms all had AC, which was great. I spent a lot of time on the outdoor bed watching all the kite boarding going on, which was so cool. The kids loved taking the paddle boards and kayaks out. We enjoyed walking down to the Shore Club and having dinner one night as well. We definitely recommend this place, and Ben was great to communicate with when we had a question.

Great family spot
We really enjoyed this property and the amenities were great. We had a few minor hiccups with a leaky water cooler and AC unit but they were resolved quickly. The owner was very responsive and even arranged for dinner to be prepared for us one night and delivered it. Despite other reviews mentioning mosquitos, the bugs were not bad at all. We saw a few bugs at sunset and that was it. Loved having paddle boards to use and the shells along this stretch of beach are awesome. There are also tons of little hermit crabs that the kids enjoyed seeing. The water was a bit shallow to swim and the bottom is more clay than sand but I would definitely recommend this property to a family looking for a quiet accommodation with lots of extra conveniences.

Long Bay Beach-Turks and Caicos
My family of 5 adults stayed at Cottage #1 for one week on Long Bay Beach-perfect location-10-15 minute drive to everywhere-slept well-right on beach-kite surfing very popular on this beach-easy drive to Grace Beach abd restaurants-snorkeling was great-used Island Vibes to charter our own Catamaran and had best time-restaurant prices sre a little high as were groceries but still worth it-there ste chesper places to go grocery shopping-overall great time-our host Wesley was absolutely the nicest host as was Ben.The Cottage was clean,screened in porch was perfect place for breakfast snd relaxing-Bathrooms were nice size-nice showers-thank you Wesley snd Ben

Perfect getaway for our family for the holidays. Beach was right out the front door with SUP paddling; kayaks and sunrises. 5 gallon water jug on property much more cost effective to buying bottled water (fill up for only $3.00). Ben was onsite and super helpful for any questions. Snorkeling gear avail along with beach towels.

Simply the best!
Communication was amazing and the house was all it said it was and more. The outdoor space and beach made the trip. Great people, very fast to respond, and they help on all fronts though not much help was needed as it was fully stocked with all you need for the week. Very hard to leave and but will be back!
