Family Vacation Blessing
I had an amazing time with my wife and kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had a great time! The kids had a great time. We were all sad when it was time to leave. We will definitely come back next year.

Two Family Get Away
What an amazing place. Accommodated an early checkin with flight change Owners emailed prompt, AC was great in the hot weather.. pool was clean and refreshing.... Quiet and on the beach. Plenty of room for 10 of us with two separate family areas. Would 100% rent again :)

As beautiful as the pictures!
The house and Sapodilla bay are as beautiful as the pictures. As we were sitting on the beach we heard several people say things like "this is the best beach" and "we should have been coming here all week". What a fantastic location ... we saw the resorts on grace bay and our kids (ages 23, 21, 19, 17 & 15) all agreed the house, pool and beach were waaay better than being at a resort. Even though it is a public beach, the pool and veranda are very private and the beach never seemed too crowded. Most days in the early morning and evenings were were by ourselves on the beach. One afternoon we went to long bay beach and our daughter's comment was "I should've stayed at our beach". The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed renting jet skis and having frozen drinks from the vendors.

Amazing beach & water
There were 8 adults staying here. The view from the top floor is amazing. walking out directly to the beach from downstairs was awesome. The area is a bit secluded and away from all the main resort areas, but if you like that, it's amazing. We hung out at our beach most of the time. We even cooked dinner most nights here and just had a very relaxing vacation. There are local vendors that set up beach chairs very very close to this house's designated area. It wasn't too much of a hassle. There's a local security guard that looks out for the house and its occupants. There's also beach venders that sell food and even better Rum drinks and have full bar set ups. This ended up being the best part of the beach. The water is very shallow and calm and awesome to hang out in a floaty all day with drinks in your hand. I loved every minute of it. (We went to the beach just next to ours one day to check it out but it ended up being too boring and no rum drinks, so we came back!)

AMAZING Property
LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island. Pool was great for our kids, the location can't be beat, and it was an AMAZING vacation overall. We also appreciated having local vendors for food and beverage options while on the beach. They were friendly and we had no issues whatsoever.

Wonderful property and location
We had a great, relaxing time, location couldn't be better. Property was large and spacious and very clean. Separation of upstairs and downstairs was a little inconvenient but it also allows for a degree of extra privacy. The beach and ocean were fabulous and spotless, nearby vendors weren't too noisy and proved to be very convenient. Dana and Scott were gracious hosts.

Vacation of a lifetime
Crystal sands is absolute paradise. Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay. The home is right on the beach. You can rent jet skies, paddle boards etc right from the beach. It’s a great area for young kids as the water is very calm. Looking forward to heading back next year. Thank you Dana and scott for the easy check in and checking out process. I would very much recommend staying here.

Beautiful Property & Great Hosts!
Our first trip to Turks & Caicos was absolutely tremendous thanks in no small part to our hosts, Dana and Scott, and their magnificent property, Coconut Beach Villa. From the very start, Dana's communication was always clear and comprehensive; she gave us a full download on what to expect and things to do to make our stay outstanding. Coconut Beach Villa is a beautiful property sitting on Sapodilla Bay. The house has all the comforts of home, is clean, and spacious. Sapodilla Bay and its white sand beach, clear water, and spectacular views is an absolute treasure that we, will not only miss, but can't wait to get back to. I never thought I would be in a place that looks exactly like what you only see on vacation ads with enhancements to the pictures and all. The ones that are so beautiful that you just know they aren't real. Well, some are...Coconut Beach Villa on Sapodilla Bay are; it was exactly like the pictures. Usually by the end of a long stay, we are ready to go home and get back to our own home, but this time was different. My wife actually shed tears that we had to leave this place. We will never forget it. Thank you Dana and Scott for making our first trip to Turks perfect!

Great owners, Great house, Great Beach, Great water!! Beaches are public so having people come right in front of us daily setting up on beach was bothersome, Beach vendors hawking drinks, food and jet ski rentals was also bothersome. They played loud music, if you could call it music, which was very annoying. This house is the farthest away from the vendors and music, so to us it was the best location on Sapodilla. The house and views were perfect. Over all it was Great and I think would be hard to beat. I am sure had we rented on grace bay we would have encountered the same issues, if not more.

Heaven by the Sea
This is the second year our family has enjoyed an amazing vacation in Coconut Beach Villa. The twin villas are perfect for us. My daughter, her husband, and my two granddaughters stayed in one, my other daughter, and her husband and I stayed in the other. The property is beautifully maintained and has everything you’ll need… everything!!! Even a stash of flotation rafts and toys under the house. Something for everyone… The view will take your breath away and calm your soul every morning when you walk out of your room and every evening as you watch the sunset. You’ll remember how to exhale and truly relax. I can’t say enough about the property managers, Dana and Scott, who are absolutely delightful, professional, informative and immediately responsive to any questions. Their guidance and insights are proactive and priceless. Our family has been blessed to be able to visit a number of islands over the years and they are, by far, the best property managers we’ve ever met. We always leave them feeling like we’ve just visited close friends. The IGA Food Store is close and well stocked. We all love scuba diving and always go with AQUATCi… a terrific group. We can’t imagine a villa, a beach or a location that could be better. You will NOT be disappointed… not even a little. Enjoy!!!!

Beautiful!!!
We had the best time staying at this property on Sapodilla Bay. It was perfect for our two families of four adults and three kids. We had extra rooms to spare. The property was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed having washers and dryers, grills and full kitchens. The beach is truly amazing. Basically a private beach in the backyard with warm super shallow water with clear visibility. We saw sting rays, crabs and fish. We really enjoyed the pool which was also extremely well maintained and warm. It was the perfect size for our little ones. I already miss seeing the spectacular sunsets and waking up to the moon over the sailboats in the ocean. Thank you!

Coconut Beach Villa
From the moment we walked into our Villa, we knew we picked the perfect place for our family - eight adults, an eleven month old and a toddler. The beach was amazing! Our toddler loved walking out 100 ft and floating in the clear beautiful aqua water. The pool was also another attraction for all of us. Our host, Dana, was attentive and very helpful with recommendations for excursions and dinner recommendations. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back! The last words our toddler sad was, “I’m so sad to leave, I want to stay here forever!”

Best House and Location on the Island
This was the very best Villa on the very best bay, Sapodilla. All six of us absolutely loved this Villa. It was roomy and comfortable and clean! We walked the beach every morning, it was wonderful. The water is shallow, so perfect for a group of us to play in the ocean and not worry about getting knocked down by the surf. The managers were great and responded immediately to anything we needed. We all agreed that is was the best trip ever. If, or when, we come back, we will only stay at Coconut Beach Villa!

Lovely home for a family reunion
The home is split into 2 villas, each with 3 bedrooms and spacious living room space. This arrangement was perfect for separating a "quiet" space for some and "play" space for the infants and toddler. We were 7 adults and 3 youngins'... The Villa is beautifully located on a beachfront that offers incredibly gentle water for the infants and toddler. Very private most of the time, easy access. The kids loved the pool as well. Given our group size, we cooked most of the time and ate in. Given that, we would have preferred a better inventory of cookware utensils in both villas and storage containers for leftovers. Aside from that, the property has ample amount of towels for use and lovely beach and lounging furniture. We highly recommend this place.

Fabulous Last Minute Experience!
We had such a great experience at one of Dana’s and Scott’s other properties that we wanted to stay on the island longer this time. Fortunately, they had Crystal Sands Villa available and they offered a wonderful deal to us as past guests. They are truly fabulous hosts. Whereas we were a bit concerned because of a previous review, we relaxed and enjoyed the clear water, sandy beaches and glorious sunsets. (…could not have been too disappointing for that reviewer because they purchased property right across the street from this villa during their time at this house. Ha!) The beach is just as nice as ever. Provo is growing, but the government has taken action to relocate the vendors. We will continue to come and enjoy our special place on this island. (not-so-secret-anymore).

Amazing Time at Coconut Beach Villa
Nothing can prepare you for the view when you walk into this property and see the amazing beach at Sapodilla Bay. It's just incredible. We were a group of three families of four each that stayed for a week. Dana and Scott are excellent hosts who kept in touch through the entire process of our stay. Big kudos to them for the recommendations of Grace Bay Rentals, Big Blue Collective and catering. The villa was perfect for our group size. It's actually like two villas connected by a common pool and patio, so groups can co-mingle or if you want your own space you can do that too. Kitchens (plus two outdoor gas grills) have everything you need to cook meals for large groups. Our kids loved the pool as the adults lounged in the pool area where there is always a constant breeze. The BEACH. Amazing. No waves and great for just wading and good for kids as it is not deep. We usually saw sting rays and other fish every day. There are some spots to snorkel, especially out by the pier and the rocks to the left of the beach. Explore up to Sapodilla Hill and see the rock carvings of sailors from the 1700 and 1800's. Our family has usually stayed on Grace Bay but it was nice to be away from the "crowds" there and have more privacy on Sapodilla Bay. There is a group of food and drink vendors at the other end of the beach if you don't want to make your own drinks. We also rented a van for getting around the island and trips to the Graceway (recommend either Gourmet Graceway or Graceway IGA). Overall, this villa exceeded everything we expected. We hope you enjoy it too.

Look no further!!!
First… the property managers are wonderful, so pleasant and welcoming. It didn’t take long before they felt like great neighbors. Their communications are proactive, detailed and extremely helpful. They gave us priceless advice about using Grace Bay Car Rentals, conveniently located at the airport. My family rented both villas and it worked perfectly. My daughter and her husband have a 4 and 8 year old so they used one villa. The rest of us stayed in the other. The villa is tucked at the end of a private Col de sac. The security guards were friendly and provided an extra sense of safety. The house has a private section of the beach with plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas. There’s even a secret stash of flotation devices and toys tucked under the house. We all found something to use in the water and the girls had toys to play with on the beach. The pool was always crystal clean and clear. A gentleman stopped by twice during our stay to check on it. The VIEW and THE BEACH… falling asleep to the sound of the gentle breeze through the branches of the palm trees… waking up every morning to gaze upon the endless beach and hypnotic ocean… lots of quiet spots for my morning meditation. The water is perfect for small kids since it stays below knee high for about 100 feet so we were never concerned about the girls wandering in too far. Sitting by the waters edge we saw a small sting ray wandering back and forth and even an octopus. We all enjoy scuba diving and did charters with AQUATci… we’d HIGHLY recommend them… a 15 minute drive from the house. Throughout our stay we would often look at each other and say… “Why would we ever stay anywhere else”? What would we possibly be looking for? We’ve been blessed to be able to visit a number of islands over the years. This was the first time I’ve heard my family talk about this being their favorite island and this being THE VILLA they always want to come back to. Your every expectation will be exceeded. Enjoy!

PARADISE ON EARTH!
This was supposed to be a “once in a lifetime” vacation for our family (my wife and I, three grown kids with spouses and two grandkids) but we loved it so much we are already making plans to return next year! This property is amazing- from the awesome views to the private pool to what seems like your own private beach with crystal clear water and pristine sand! Paradise on earth! The house itself is immaculate, very well appointed and extremely comfortable. And last but not least, Dana and Scott are wonderful folks who were very attentive to our needs and communication with them was excellent! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Disappointment
I've stayed on Sapodilla Bay many times, It is my place to go for peace and to recharge my batteries, space to relax. This time it was stressful. It was noisy and crowded. Too many venders and many people crowded on the beach near the venders. I felt like i was at a State beach in NY. It was also too buggy to sit and enjoy the outside in the evening.
