This property is conveniently located near the grocery store and Bight Beach - which is the location of the fun fish fry on Thursday evenings. The property is as described - although we were disappointed not to receive the additional requested items listed in an inventory and supplied on a “first cone, first served” basis. As we saw very few other guests at the villas, except on two nights, we felt that the requested items should have been available, at some point, during our stay. I had to request the door lock code less than 24 hours before our departure; we never saw the owner to ask about the operation of the security system - which did not match the description given prior to check in. A maintenance person and his helper were there shortly after we arrived, but their command of English and knowledge of the security and non functioning tv precluded any help for us. We were able to get the tv working later that evening. We saw no-one again until our last day there - when we were given a bottle of wine. While very thoughtful and much appreciated, it would make more sense to offer this at the beginning of the trip. On our last night there, we had our own supplies to finish up so we’re unable to also enjoy this gift. I appreciate that, having purchased a SIM card at FLOW, next to the grocery store, I could have called the owners. I guess that I was simply surprised to never see them. Especially as it the material provided at booking suggested that caretakers would be on site during the day. Small things that would have made one feel more welcome.....
Overall, we were very happy with our choice of accommodation in Providenciales and I would have no hesitation recommending this place to friends. Just hope that my “negative” comments are helpful in making this listing “top notch”.
