Just what we needed
I didn't want an all inclusive and this met our needs. Our unit was small and we new what we were getting, I just wish we were able to make ice in that little refrigerator. Location was good. Quiet. Need a car for sure.

Grace Bay Beach Villas is a hidden gem away from the business of Grace Bay. It is in the Turtle Cove area which is quiet yet offers a few restaurants and coffee shop/deli within easy walking distance. The beach is located a short walk across the street down a private walkway and chairs and umbrellas are set up exclusively for Grace Bay Beach Villa guests. We did rent a car and parking is easy as each villa has its own designated parking spot. We stayed in the Bougainvillea unit which is a small studio containing a bathroom, small refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The space was clean and Luz and her team came in daily to empty garbage and replace towels. We only wish there was an additional sink for washing dishes we used. There is only one sink located in the bathroom vanity. There is a kitchen space located in the bar area down by the pool that does have a sink and a table under a gazebo, which we enjoyed having our morning breakfast. Please note that the Bougainvilla and Oleander units are one bedroom studios located adjacent to a larger rental that sleeps ten. Unfortunately, two nights were rented to a group of partiers that we heard on and off till 5:30 am. Then a large family group came in. We did not experience any noise like we did with the previous renters, however, all of their towels, floats, toys, lotion, etc., occupied the majority of space around the pool common area and were not always put away after use. We really enjoyed our time in Turks and Caicos.

Great Room and Location!
The room was clean and spacious with excellent access (two minute walk) to a beautiful, sparsely used beach with chair and umbrellas. Everything worked properly and the housekeeping service cleared out trash daily and provided fresh towels upon request. The bed was very firm but acceptable, but could use a gel topper to make it a bit more comfortable.

Great stay!
Enjoyed our stay! Loved the quick walk to beach that we had to ourselves! Villa was clean and nice and had everything we needed! Hosts were gracious and Luz was nice to deal with onsite!

Highly recommended!!
Beautiful property, terrific location, walking distance to great food. Right on the beach with your own private umbrellas, chairs and amazing snorkeling. Host was very kind and our bungalow was cleaned daily. We will definitely be back again!

Great time
The villa was just perfect for us...just enough for a couple- was very clean- everyone very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location--quiet- outside the "hotel row". We walked to the several restaurants in the area and took a taxi otherwise. Would recomend it.

Just as advertised
My wife and I had a wonderful 4 day/5 night stay in the Bougainvillea villa. It was exactly as advertised: comfortable, clean, and conveniently located just a short walk from both the gorgeous beach and the Turtle Cove Marina. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and available as needed. The owners were communicative, ensuring that our stay went off without a hitch--from check-in to check-out. We hope to return soon!

Our Vacation
The property was beautiful. We really loved the access to the beach and all the surrounding areas. Our problem was the bedding. The mattress was very old and lumpy. The pillows were very old and uncomfortable. The sheets had holes and the bed cover was stained. We like the areas but the bedding situation should be improved. Thanks

Honeymoon
The property was absolutely gorgeous and very friendly staff. The beach was incredible. Staff provided snorkeling gear and the reef was beautiful. Kayaking was another fun adventure. We will definitely stay here again. Amazing place.

Privacy abounds
We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was very clean and quaint. We usually had the beach to ourselves as well as the pool. The gardens throughout the property were beautiful. I definitely recommend a car though since it would be a bit of a walk to go anywhere. Our only complaint was the mattress was very hard and the airconditioner could get quite noisy. But other than that we still would recommend enjoying this lovely property within steps to the beach.

The island's best kept secert
We selected this property for our Honeymoon and it was the best decision we could have made. We stayed for 10 days and the space was clean, safe, beautiful and private. We decided to skip the busy resorts and opt for this well situated villa. It was close to everything and had everything we needed. It has access to the beach and not 100 yards off shore you have a beautiful reef to snorkel. To the left of the beach a 5 min walk away access to smith's reef. The Villa came with high quality snorkel gear better than what the tour boats offer. Every inch of the property is beautifully landscaped and well taken care of, the beach had chairs and umbrellas for us and the pools were never crowded, we mostly had it to ourselves the whole time. The host was easy to reach for any questions we had and the staff were great. We even came in to towel swans and flowers on our bed the first night a really thoughtful touch. If you're thinking about this place for our stay book now!

Great secluded spot
We had a great stay at the Villa that was just the perfect spot for us to explore the island. Grounds and room were clean (bathroom a little worn but fine). Can easily walk to the beach which has chairs and umbrellas. One of the better snorkeling spots on the island. We got a flat tire overnight and the crew on site helped us change it! Would recommend with a car to explore the island

Great time in paradise.
We stayed in Bourgainvillea - a one bedroom. Description online is accurate about having no kitchen. We took advantage of the coffee pot/toaster/mini fridge and ate breakfast in the room. There is also a microwave. We packed a collapsable cooler as another website suggested and that was perfect for the beach. Property is directly across from the beach. You cross the street and walk the path. Private beach is nice. We went in the off season and had it to ourselves most days. The pool is nice to come back too. There is a grill outside that Lynn kept very clean if you want to use it. You'll need a car to get where you want to go. Nothing is too far from here and there are restaurants close. Lynn was our caretaker and she did an awesome job! We will miss her! We ended up getting stuck for a few extra days due to the hurricane hitting Florida and Ray was wonderful to work with to stay longer. We would definitely return. We enjoyed our cozy villa.
