Perfect room layout and beautiful pool
2 Families shared this home for a week. Absolutely beautiful home, great location to the beach, plenty of space for everyone to spread out in the house. Communication with the Owner and Property Managers was quick and always helpful. We all enjoyed having the refreshing pool to jump in whenever we wanted. Highly recommend this home and location.

Family Celebration
Fantastic house for families. We had 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 9 to 16 and the house was a perfect set-up to meet our family's needs. The house had a couple of small issues but the management company was quick to reply to texts and send someone over to resolve the issues. We enjoyed Sapodilla bay and during the week the beach was very quiet and at times felt like we had it to ourselves. I would highly recommend this property!

Paradise for a week!
COVID in 2020 delayed our plans but we were persistent and after four years and two more grandkids the opportunity presented itself and schedules worked out for us to stay at the Palm Jewel. This villa was all that we had hoped for and more. The photos were all accurate. Everyone had their rooms picked out before we arrived! The layout was perfect for our mixed age group. Privacy for everyone who wanted it and closeness for everyone who needed it. We relished the well stocked kitchen with plenty dishes, bowls, pots and pans, and an ice-maker outside by the pool that ALWAYS was ahead of us with a supply of ice. The first view of Sapodilla Bay Beach took our breath away. It has the most beautiful, clear turquoise water and white sandy beach that one could wish for—perfect for children as well as adults. The pool was a real bonus enjoyed by everyone.The guest packet we received when we checked was very thorough. It was a great reference for just about everything we did. We're already talking about when our next visit might be.

Awesome property
We had a last-minute booking due to change of plans bc of a hurricane projected to Belize. So easy to work with last minute. Accommodations were awesome for 2 families and 5 kids (10-18). Everything we needed including grocery delivery!! I’ve stayed on Grace Bay 4 times but loved this area even more.

Island Vacation with the kids and kiddos
Perfect place for all nine of us, 1 year to 69 years. All of us had our own space, and yet all of us were able to spend lots of quality time with each other. The large square table fit all of us and we were able to talk with each other. The pool was fantastic and I think that is where we spent most of our time. Short walk to the beach. The whole property was well cared for and appointed. I would say the only issue we had during the stay was the British way of driving (left side vs. right side). Many incredible restaurants within a short drive. We were very happy with our stay.

A wonderful piece of paradise!
We all enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice to have all of the things we could possibly need! The owners are so nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend! A beautiful house and beach nearby!

Palm Jewel is just perfect
This is the second time we have stayed at Palm Jewel, and we absolutely love the villa and will come back many more times. The pool is definitely what caught my eye the first time we booked Palm Jewel, but truly everything at the villa is perfect. The decor is lovely, kitchen is well stocked, and we felt we had lots of privacy. Sapodilla bay is just a few steps away and was lovely in the morning before everyone woke up. We loved morning coffee outside on the front patio getting to appreciate the beauty of the landscaping. The hammock by the pool was a great spot for reading in the late afternoon. Staff (pool cleaning, gardeners) were respectful and got their jobs done quickly with minimal interruption. Communication with Annalisa when booking is quick and clear, and Julian is great at responding to messages when checking in and for anything that arises during the stay.

Great stay, Great place
My husband and I had our three young adults along with partners for a total of seven. The pool and yard are awesome. Sapodilla beach is so close and beautiful. Even Las Barisas was fantastic and if we had more time we would have taken advantage of their platoon boat cruise in the Chalk Sound! We did quite a few excursions; jet skiing, horseback riding, snorkel tour, sunset cruise, fishing charter Plus we did day passes - once at Club Med (great deal) plus a flight to South Caicos with Sailrock Resort. We all really enjoyed ourselves. A real treat!

Family spring break getaway
Was a wonderful experience. The pool was wonderful and the beach is only a half a block away. There were toys for the kids to use in the pool. In addition there were paddle boards and kayaks for use in the bay. The bedrooms were spacious. The main living area was wonderful. The dining room table sat 12 people. Would definitely recommend Palm Jewel to others.

An amazing vacation in an amazing villa! Accommodated our family of 14 which consisted of 4 families with ease and comfort. Very spacious and well laid out. Our large group never felt crowded and could always find a quiet spot. The pool and pool area was amazing and as described. The 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the world was a bonus and a special treat everyday! Julian and his staff were approachable, prompt with any issues and the cleaning staff were amazing! Would highly recommend and would comeback in a heartbeat!! Canada

Relaxing stay
Great home with all of the amenities. We felt like we were at our own resort. An easy 5 stars for the home and layout! The only detractions were the noise from the nearby construction and working commercial port and hence the 4 stars on location.

Wonderful!
The Palm Jewel was a perfect house for our group of 5 kids (ages 5-15) and 4 adults. Upstairs our 15 year old enjoyed a room w/ King bed and bathroom all to herself while the 2 12 year old cousins enjoyed the bunk room. On the main level the two younger girls enjoyed a room with two twin beds, and each adult couple enjoyed a king with en suite. There was plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of the house is the backyard. Huge space for relaxing with a beautiful pool. The kids loved the pool lights at night and the adults liked to sit on the comfy outdoor furniture with a drink and watch the kids swim. It’s a 30 second walk to Sapodilla bay beach, which is beautiful with calm water. We walked over every night to take in an amazing sunset. Taylor bay beach is less than a mile away and is equally if not more stunning than Sapodilla. Both very calm, which was nice given how windy it was during our stay (Grace bay was not enjoyable on the very windy days but Sapodilla and Taylor are blocked from the wind). We cooked most meals at the house because there’s no reason to leave. Las Brisas is a short walk around the corner and is a convenient restaurant option w/ out having to drive. We slept with the windows open and the breeze was enough not to use the AC (you pay additional for it). Note: there are no windows in the upstairs bunk room and the boys got hot. Also lots of machine noise at night from nearby dock. We loved our stay at Palm Jewel! Highly recommend. Beautiful!

Beautiful illa close to Calm Beach
We stayed 7 nights at the Palm Jewel Villa in October 2023 and had a wonderful experience. The villa is great with an impressive outdoor area. Beach was close by and so calm and crystal clear. The only issue we had was with some bugs on the inside and mosquitoes on the outside because of the water and vegetation. We definitely look forward to returning.

Paradise
We stayed for a week as a family of 5 and it was perfect. Any issues or questions were handled very quickly from Julien. He was absolutely great to work with. I loved the location of the house and the little community it was in. It was quiet and residential. It was very safe, there was a super friendly security guard that patrolled the area. My children looked forward to seeing him every day. The house is near Sapodilla Bay. Which is a 2 minute walk. We actually times it because we couldn't believe how close we were. This beach is breathtaking. There is essentially no current and the water is crystal clear and shallow in most areas. It's a must to visit here if you have smaller children. You can actually and not have to worry about them. The house is perfect and has EVERYTHING you could need. If you like to pack light, then this is the perfect vacation rental for you. Every room in the house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor area is a pretty tough match for the beach. The pool is beautiful and it's the perfect area to end the day with your family. Or even if you need to take a break from the beach, the pool is perfect. We loved our vacation. A week was not long enough. We will 100% be back and stay at the Palm Jewel. We made lasting family memories that we plan to build on in the years to come. (The only issue we had was an abundance of mosquitos but honestly the weather was ideal for them and it was by no means a negative. Just buy lots of bug spray!)

Perfect for families and small ones
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. For us, the location was great as we didn't want the more crowded and traditional island resort feel of Grace Bay (we did go to some restaurants in that area, no more than 15 min drive). Layout was great and the pool/cabana/sitting area were well-utilized. Local management was responsive, too, to some basic questions I had. But be sure to watch your A/C usage, those units are on their own meters and you'll be charged by the kWh when you depart.

Spring Break 2023
We have been wanting to get to the beautiful Islands of TCI for a long time and had our first trip canceled with the pandemic back in 2020. With this being our first trip, we have been reading up on things to do and places to stay for months. We settled on wanting a relaxing vacation with a great beach and chose the Sapodilla Bay beach location and ended up renting with Annalisa and the Palm Jewel. Annalisa and Julian were great leading up to and during our stay at the property. It was a nice quick walk to the beach, the house was well stocked with everything we needed for a great stay with 14 people and enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We did have a mosquito issue that Julian worked to help resolve for us throughout the week for us. Recommend renting a vehicle or vehicles depending on the size of your party to get around the island. The neighborhood was very safe and we had no concerns with kids walking to and from the beach alone and it was a nice safe walk to Las Brisas restaurant as well.

Palm jewel is a gem!
We enjoyed every minute of our week’s long stay at Palm Jewel. The property was wonderful and had everything our group of 8 ever needed. Even more amazing than the home and its amenities was the location. Sapodilla Bay is a hidden gem with incredible sunsets, pristine sand and water, and delicious food at Las Brisas. The property host was communicative and helpful and the on island concierge was great to have on hand. We can’t wait to return and tell others we know about this magical place.

Family vacation 2023
The owner and the manager were amazing throughout my entire process. We had the most wonderful and special family vacation with grandparents, babies, young children and older children (10 people total). We will have lasting memories and pictures of this week forever. Highly recommend.
