Wonderful Stay
Very well appointed property and great concierge / property management. When the only suggestion you can add is for the property to buy more pool/beach towels, a good time was had. Would definitely consider renting here again. Cheers.

Pure Bliss
What an amazing property with the best views. The house had everything to make this family vacation perfect! From a cabana right to the white sand and crystal clear ocean, Paddle boards were awesome to use, a hammock great for reading, an outside patio for shade and the perfect gathering pool to cool off in with lots of floats to enjoy. The inside had nice roomy bedrooms and the main living was spacious and well decorated for perfect home away from home. Highly recommend!

Location,Location, Location
You would be hard pressed to find a more well placed house in Turks. The views from the house, pool, pergola, and 2nd story deck are breathtaking. The convenience of a 10 second walk to the beach makes it easy to jump from beech to ocean to pool without having to drag chairs, umbrellas and supplies. The house had everything we needed. We did eat out a few times in Grace Bay which was a 20 minute drive. We also had brunch at Las Brisas - a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. We would definitely come here again.

Satt Crew Family Vacation
We decided to go somewhere most had never been, so we picked this house in The Turks and Caicos. There were 13 of us, ages 8-71. It was such a lovely, well maintained house right on the beach. We stayed in the ocean or the fabulous pool almost all day, every day! It was so nice having the pool right off the dining room. And it was partially shaded, so we didn’t burn up! Annalise was wonderful to work with, as were the property managers. This was a week in paradise.

WOW!
We have stayed on Sapodilla Bay before, but this villa blew us away! The functional living areas with views of the water, the setup and ease of use of the kitchen, the amazing pool. We had the most amazing week celebrating a 60th and a 1st birthday here! The weather was amazing, the beach and pool were used heavily. We didn’t want to come home! The house was perfectly clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there are tons of pool/beach floaties to use! We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The management company was very professional, very organized and took great care of us. We even got a flat tire on the island and I was able to reach out to him and he quickly jumped in to help. The property is amazing a little bit smaller than the pictures will lead on but a beautiful spot that is secluded Phils private, and one that I would absolutely recommend renting again.

Great for Families
The house worked really well for 7 adults and 2 small children. The property had plenty of seating areas for the group to be all together or off with some privacy. The swimming pool and beach were the highlight for the young and old. We spent most of our time at the property, enjoying coffee in the morning on the rooftop deck, walking/playing on the the beach, lounging in the pool and watching the sunset on the rooftop deck. The kitchen and dining area worked well for meals for 9 people. There are plenty of toys and swim floats for toddlers. We were there at the end of February and the weather was perfect at 75-78 degrees with a breeze. We didn't need to use the air conditioning at night. A great vacation for all of us!

Mostly Good
The good: A wonderful spot that's just as good as the photos. Sapodilla Beach is amazing (so calm & shallow) and was great for our family. We especially loved the heated pool & pool toys/gear! Sunsets (in Feb) are directly outside your door over the water - perfection! This side of the island is less crowded & we loved going to Las Brisas for their mango smoothies (best on the island). The bad: - Ridiculously loud music until 4:45am one night (neither property managers or security were responsive) - no one was able to sleep through it. - Property manager was only partially responsive to issues that came up during the week (said he would fix things, but did not). - Bedding was old and worn, and did not stay on the mattress. - Despite bathing in bug spray and closed doors, mosquitos are still an issue inside (particularly in some rooms/bathrooms). Not the fault of the villa specifically, but I returned home with dengue fever. - Broken glass and sharp metal shards in the pool that my kid stepped on (got embedded deep in her foot). - Only allowing for Saturday to Saturday reservations means you need to tackle the airport on its busiest day. Despite all that, we made the best of our vacation & had a wonderful time. I will credit the owner - I sent her a detailed list of my issues/observations & she welcomed the feedback and addressed them all, so hopefully the following guests will reap the benefits. Just disappointing from our point of view given the cost of this villa.

Sapphire sunsets beach villa
Really nice property, we enjoyed our stay! Heated pool was fantastic, closeness to beach was awesome. Beach itself was wonderful for little kids with no waves and very shallow. Upper deck great for star gazing and sunsets. 3 fridges and ice maker, 3 sets of washer/dryers made for a great setup for our family of 8.

A wonderful property - highly recommended!
So often you seem to rent a place and the pictures look so much better than the house. Not in this case! This is a top quality, well stocked and well maintained property. We spent a week with my daughter, her husband and two young children. The ocean and pool are perfect for kids. All of the water toys are great - ocean kayaks, paddle board, beach toys, etc. The high chair provided for my granddaughter was clean and comfortable. Las Brisas restaurant is walking distance and has decent food for takeout. To sit there and have lunch or dinner on the water is amazing! Annalisa was great to communicate with and the property manager, Julian, was very responsive. The location is 25 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, but you will need to drive to shop for groceries or get ice cream. We rented Jeeps from Russ at Island Life Jeeps to get around. This is a pricey option, but they were immaculate and a lot of fun. It would be much less expensive to rent a couple of small economy cars, but you will need transportation. The beach is public and one of the negative reviews mentioned a noise problem. We didn't find this to be an issue. The vendors play music after noon. It becomes a low bass background noise and no one really minded it. We used AC at night only and it was an extra $150. We were okay with that, but be aware that it is metered. This was the best rental we have ever stayed in and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended by our Family!

Our one week vacation stay was absolutely wonderful! Great location, beautiful home. We used kayaks and paddle boards every day, as well as the nice pool and private access to the beach. Highly recommend! Annalisa was great to work with on the booking and answering all of our questions ahead of time

We loved the property! The location was outstanding and the pool was perfect. Brilliant design. We also loved that there was a covered area w chairs by the beach that was great to get out of the sun. Very helpful to have 2 fridges/freezers w a large group and 3 washers/dryers! The only thing we wished could’ve been improved was the quality of the linens and pillows. And also there were definitely not enough towels and they also lacked in quality. Otherwise our stay was nearly perfect. We would absolutely recommend and hope to come again.

Repeat Offenders
This was our second stay at Sapphire Sunsets, and it did not disappoint in any way. The house remains in excellent condition. The beachside amenities are new and fully functional. The pool is warmer than my kids baths. The kitchen is still fully stocked with an arsenal of cooking gear that is new to nearly new. We have no complaints and will probably be back again.

Beautiful clean big villa steps from the beach. It doesn’t get better than that. I have always loved sapodilla bay. Everytime I would drive down from gracebay and spend the day here and always dreamed of staying at one of the villas on the beach since it’s my favorite beach in Turks and Caicos. So very very happy with entire experience.

Amazing property
This house has it all! Beautiful home with everything you need and more. We loved the pool and being steps away from the beach. Watched the sunsets from the rooftop deck every night! The kids loved the kayaks and used them everyday. The owner and house manager made the trip go so smoothly. It truly was a week in paradise! It was our first trip to TCI and we hope to visit again soon. Would definitely rent Sapphire Sunsets again!

Amazing Stay on the Bay
This property was on my radar from a prior day trip to Sapodilla Bay. If you’re looking for something different than Grace Bay and don’t mind the energy of the beach shacks, but also the slow pace of the shallow waters, this is a great place to stay. I’d rather stay here and day trip to Grace Bay. It’s conveniently located close to the airport, Omar’s and Da Conch Shack. A great home base for venturing out and exploring the many beautiful beaches of Provo, but don’t miss the amazing sunsets on the Bay. Leverage Las Brisas across the street for convenient meals. The Bay is your backyard and in mid-July there are times when you have it all to yourself. Home is nicely equipped, including with non-motorized water toys. I’d stay here again, and again!

Best location ever!
We we’re married in Provo almost 20 years ago and have been coming back every year or two since. This was by far the best trip ever. We’ve admired this rental for years… waiting for friends to join us so that we could enjoy it to the fullest. Finally got that chance. The property is outstanding but the location is out of this world. Sapodilla is one of the best (if not THE best) beaches on Provo. I woke up every morning at 6:30 AM and enjoyed the most peaceful coffee hour of my life sitting in a beach chair under the pergola, watching the gentle waves come in. The house is well appointed… everything you need from kitchen gear to beach gear. We cooked a thanksgiving turkey along with fixings without a problem. Only strange moment was when the neighbors reported us for loud music… which happened to be the next house over. But whatever, it got resolved! We all gave it an A++!!

House was perfect for 9 of us including the kids. Pool was great to have right out the door. Privacy from beach walkers and neighbors was better than I had expected. Beautiful views from the back porch and upper deck. Pictures exact to what the house was. Julian was super responsive about everything. Highly recommend the home to a family for vacation destination.

Great stay
Property was lovely, features were as advertised, beach and pool were gorgeous. We ran the AC full out in every room for the trip and our overage charge was only $300, very reasonable. One thing to be aware of - the beach itself during high season does have loud music from about 4-8 pm on Fri-Sat-Sun playing from the little food stands on one end of the beach (which have very good food and drinks!) It was fine, nothing inappropriate, and House is very private so you can't see anything but since it's on the beach you can defn hear the music when using the pool area.

Very mixed review
This is a very tough review to write. This could’ve been a stellar, best ever, amazing vacation of our lives. The Villa is great and the property is great. The location is outstanding because you walk out into the bay which is the most amazing water we’ve ever seen. Now here’s the catch, very loud music on the beach that goes on day after day, sometimes so loud, we couldn’t hear ourselves talk on the patio. I called security they went down and it would get lowered for a little bit and then it would go back up. I called the house manager and they were very very receptive and talked to the security person again and who was then talking to the police because I called and asked them to do something. I think the problem is they say they’re going to do something but they don’t. Yes, ordinances might have been passed and at some point they might be implemented and followed through on, but I’m not sure that’s ever going happen in a place like this. Sundays are local days on the beach so you’ll have a lot more people, which we don’t have a problem with. What we have a problem with is it is so loud and the music is so bad that it’s just ruins the whole thing. On the flipside the mornings there are gorgeous. Up until about noon when the music decides to start. Out of our week there we had three days where we had music playing as background music which was just great. It’s not great when it’s so loud, you literally get your ears pounding. On Friday night they decided to then put speakers on top of the truck and drive up and down the street until 4 AM. I was told the owners have tried to do things, but it doesn’t seem to be working. You have your Villa then you have one to the right of you and then there are five little shack, beach bars and a burger place and they just seem to be competing for who can play the music the loudest. I feel very sorry for the owners of all these villas on this gorgeous bay. But in the end, this should’ve been disclosed as a event that would be happening while you were staying in the Villa. Our group consisted of a 38, 41, 65, 66 and 71 year old. We’re all fun people and want to have a good time. This was just such a disappointment to have to deal with this.

Repeat Guests
This is our 2nd stay at this villa and we would do it over and over again. You can't beat the views and the kids love this pool. Having life jackets, water toys, sand toys, and water activities (paddleboards, etc...) right there makes it so easy and convenient with littles. We also appreciated the multiple washers/dryers. No stress and lots of relaxation even with a large family and kids! The property manager is so responsive and easy to communicate with. We also loved the security team. We can't rave enough on this place!
