Perfect apartment for small family vacation
The apartment was very clean and nicely done. Everything was up to date and owners have almost everything anyone would need provided for you. (Beach equipment/kitchen supplies etc.) Owners were very attentive along with the rental manager at the resort and made the process getting in and out easy and seemless. One of the best places we’ve stayed and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Would definitely stay ONLY at 603 upon return if we do not choose an all inclusive (Seven Stars) Condo was as described AND MORE!! I've never stayed at a rental place that felt like home away from home. The condo had EVERYTHING you could possibly have needed. Very clean and accommodating!!.. The resort itself nothing to do with the condo, wish the pool was cooler and wish they had entertainment. The pool was more like bath water coJjustjuswisresort

Couldn’t ask for more
Great property and condo. Even though it’s a beach property, it was so clean on arrival, we didn’t feel sand on our bare feet inside the room. Well kept and well stocked. The host has really thought of everything from sunglasses wipes to yeti cooler and tumblers to share to clothes steamer. Really can’t say enough about how nice and quiet the location is and how nice the host is. Would use again for sure.

Perfection in Paradise
This was our first vacation to TCI. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from high school. We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Villa Renaissance is a hidden gem located within walking distance to absolutely everything. The beach is literally steps from the softest white sand and most gorgeous water you have ever seen! We chose not to rent a car and had zero issues walking to coffee every morning, frozen yogurt trips during the day, and dinner every evening. We frequented the local grocery store which was also easily walkable. J & J’s beautiful villa truly felt like home. It was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with literally everything you would need or want on vacation…and more. The king size bed was huge and so comfy. YETI tumblers are available for use at the pool or beach along with beach bags, so no need to bring your own and take up space in your suitcase. J & J provided 6 sets of fins/snorkels/masks. We used these every day at the beach. We saw a stingray, turtles and numerous schools of fish. There was no issue securing 3 lounge chairs with an umbrella any time of day we went to the beach. We enjoyed the gorgeous refreshing pool. The pool bar serves delicious drinks and food that can be delivered to you poolside and at the beach! We did a couple of excursions, ate some incredible food, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute our vacation. We hope to return to TCI one day and will definitely book this same villa at Villa Renaissance!

Fantastic all around stay. The villa was extremely accommodated to where there was not anything else we needed. The resort staff were extremely nice and helpful. Overall 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Renaissance. The condo is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and extremely well appointed with many little extras. The location couldn't be any more centrally located, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, grocery store). Grounds clean and beautifully kept. Excellent condo rental!
We have been coming to Turks since 2008 and have stayed all over Grace Bay. Juliet’s property is in the heart of downtown with many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Juliet has thought of everything you might need or have forgotten. You are always able to get pool and beach chairs and there is an onsite pool bar. The property manager is responsive and will meet you onsite and Juliet is extremely responsive with any questions you may have. We will return again. Jim and Kim.

Perfect place; Juliet has thought of everything
Wow. We absolutely loved this place. It was our third stay at Villa Renaissance and our EIGHTH stay on Providenciales. The location is ideal and unit 603 is the most well-appointed unit I’ve EVER been in. INNUMBERABLE little details that the owner has included to make our stay perfect. Too many to list, but we were both very impressed. We can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful, cozy condo
We just returned from our stay and had a wonderful time. Juliet was a caring, kind and polite host. Her home is so inviting and has literally EVERYTHING. It’s clean, centrally located and quiet. Wonderful Turks and Caicos getaway

Amazing!!!
My husband and I can’t rave enough about how great of a host Juliet was during our trip to Turks and Caicos as well as how beautiful of a unit 603 was! Prior to traveling for our trip, Juliet would respond to our messages within minutes and was accommodating to our request for an early check in/late check out. Once we arrived to Villa Renaissance, we were welcomed by her property manager with a complementary rum punch and a tour of the condo. The condo had everything that we needed during our trip (yeti coolers, speaker for the beach, beach bags, etc) and was so clean - we immediately felt at home. This was our third time visiting Villa Renaissance (but our first time at this unit) and there are no questions that we will stay here during our next visit. Thank you for everything, Juliet!

A Perfect Getaway
It was our first trip to Turks and Caicos. We were a bit apprehensive about staying in a condo, knowing that they are so dependent on their owners' style and willingness to update and maintain. Juliet and John's place exceeded our expectations. Everything felt fresh, clean and perfect for a week's getaway. Juliet was a terrific communicator. No question was too small or an irritant. She was fully transparent and made our decision easy. She clearly wanted us to be happy. She worked to make that happen, not only before our arrival, but during our stay, including getting us taxi service to and from the airport. The Villa Renaissance is a lovely, small resort with a beautiful pool and beachfront. Staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Perfect villa in paradise
This villa was absolutely perfect . This was our fourth trip to TCI and my first at villa renaissance . The location could not have been better , you are close to everything .. we didn’t even need to rent a car . The place was appointed very well with everything you could possibly want ( there was even a grocery cart so we could walk to the grocery store for some snacks and drinks )!! Juliet the owner was always quick to respond and even recommended a driver for us . Cleaniness was 100%! The pool and grounds were very well groomed , staff was great ! The beach is the most beautiful part of the vacation .. and it’s just steps away from this fabulous villa . Would definitely stay here and will recommend to family and friends !
