The property was absolutely beautiful. Check in was easy it included an orientation of the property and we were given welcome drinks upon arrival. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops and bars. The room was everything we expected and more. Great view of the ocean, the beach, and the pool were amazing. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic vacation! The property location is perfect. The beach is beautiful. We walked to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, etc. My only complaint about the villa is that there are no smart tv's which prevented access to Netflix and other streaming services, but it certainly is not a deal breaker by any means.

Wonderful family vacation

The location was perfect—just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. I’m still missing my Lemon2Go iced protein coffee every morning, which was just around the corner from the condo! The ocean view from the balcony was the best we’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking. We have no complaints. It was a wonderful week filled with unforgettable family memories! Would love to return one day.

View and location were great. This is my 9th trip to Turksin 3 years and I always stay on Grace Bay (West Bay Club, Royal West Indies, and Renaissance); we have always had wonderful, warm front desk people except this trip. It wasn't just me who experienced negativity it was myself, my husband, my son and daughter in law. If this was a once and done, I would never say anything but it was different times and individually we were treated like we were a nuisance. At the other locations, we are literally greeted with hugs. Even though the location is amazing, we won't be back.

Great Location

This condo had plenty of room and loved the location. Close to many shops and restaurants and steps from the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Having coolers/beach bags/etc stocked in the condo was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Loved Grace Bay!

First trip to TCI. Found this listing and booked it vs the hotels (Ritz, Seven Stars). Great location. Grace Bay is beautiful. Villa Renaissance was nice and well kept. This condo could use a little updating but overall it’s good. Super clean. Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing 3 Bedroom Suite

This place is amazing on Grace Bay. It is walking distance from everything. Parking is ample if you rent a car. There is a washer and dryer. They replace towels and clean up daily. The guests and owners of other units are very nice and friendly. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. Very short walk to the beach. You can quickly access your room if you are down there. The only concern was someone tried get into the safe on the day we went on our excursion and it locked us out. Nothing was taken so not an issue. I would still recommend the place for all the amenities it offers.

Paradise

We requested the rollaway for 7th family member, but it was so bad she slept on couch for the week. Air conditioning was not reliable at night. But these things did not stop our enjoyment of the Villa. Hopefully will return in future!

Wonderful stay!

Great location, close to dining, grocery stores, and nightlife. Staff very friendly and helpful booking excursions. The view is amazing with beautiful crystal clear blue water. Beach amenities provided free of cost.

Villa 308

We had a lovely stay at Villa Renaissance 308. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable, spacious and clean. The washer/dryer and dishwasher offered the conveniences of home. Coffee and tea provided made it convenient to sip coffee and enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking Grace Bay. Villa was centrally located to grocery, restaurants and shops. Would recommend updating the cookware; some pans are ready for retirement. Kitchen could use a pair of tongs, a whisk, and a cookie sheet. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back!

Amazing

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! We were within walking distance to almost everything. We had house keeping everyday and the beach was never crowded. There were always plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach, as well as fresh towels at the front desk. Plan your vaca here and you will not be disappointed 🎉.

Two week family vacation

The property and unit were beautiful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is Amazing! Unfortunately during our stay we had a bad rain storm and the ceiling leaked in the living room and water flooded from the wall (outside patio) they decided to come fix the ceiling the day before we checked out. I would have thought that they would have waited til we checked out. Instead we had repairs being done in the living room while we were enjoying the last day of vacation. Ladders, workmen, plastic, tools. just not what we were expecting. I would have expected this from a cheap hotel,but not this place. Also the workman said they wanted to get these repairs done before the next guests checked in… what about the current guests?!

great family getaway

this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway.

Amazing location! Absolutely loved it

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and spacious in the best location. You always will have an umbrella and chair at the beach and a chair at the pool. On the other side, there are many restaurants in walking distance and if you do not want to walk Villa Renaissance provides bikes. We had a party of 6 and I did not want to cook instead we wanted to try new and different restaurants every night and this location provided us with many options. My teenagers loved playing Pickleball, riding bikes, & walking on beach and across from condo ice cream. The staff was always accommodating and helped us book excursions. Highly recommend VR for a quiet yet in walking distance to everything.
