We had an incred8ble atay at Sweet Escape - the property and house were immaculately kept and my wife - family and all of us were so very impressed by our host Kath....she is truly an incredible and welcoming host. Her preparation for our stay was superb and second to noe. Her recommendations to embrace the TCI experience were right on the mark. I recommend you work with Kath to rent a car as between the car and the multiple itineraries the week was restful...fun and all of our party had an outstanding time and cannot wait to get back next year. The TCI co.mu ity/people were warm and welcoming and the natural beauty of the island....the surf...the beach and the environment were over the top beautiful and will be not forgotten. This was a "Seven Star" trip for our family thanks to Kath and the wonderful people of TCI.

Turks 2025
Turks & Caicos was the perfect vacation and getaway from the New England Winter. Sweet Escapes was a wonderful place to stay and Katheirne is one of the most efficient hosts we've ever had. She covered everything you could need or want to know about the property and the island. Thank you for a great experience.

Fun in the sun
Sweet Escape Villa was lovely. The strong winds kept us from being able to enjoy all of the water toys, but the beaches were still beautiful, the people friendly and the time away restful. Katherine and Josie could not have been more helpful in providing information and quick responses to our many questions. I am sorry we were not able to meet Katherine in person as she was off the island, but Josie was delightful. We will definitely consider referring other friends to stay at one of Katherine's villas.

Great place
Catherine’s place is great. Safe, quiet, well equipped. My kids enjoyed having their own beds and said the queen sleepers in the upstairs were very comfortable. Great amenities being on an inlet with kayaks, paddle boards. Loved that we didn’t have to pack beach towels and you have everything needed for the beach….beach chairs, coolers, ice packs etc. She is a great host you’re sure to enjoy your stay here! Highly recommend!!

Katherine and Josie thought of everything!! They were so informative and communicative throughout the entire process. The house was super clean and well stocked. The beds were soooo comfortable! The mini-split air conditioners kept the rooms plenty cool at night. Booking additional activities, like a boat and captain were really easy and Katherine handled all the bookings!! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice property! The Villa was super cute and clean. Josie met us at check-in with Rum Punch which was delicious! Katherine was amazing with check-in instructions and quick to respond to any of our questions. We had an amazing time in Turks, exploring all the beautiful beaches.

Sweet Escape is the Perfect Name!!
We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Escape! Katherine was so great about giving us information and answering our questions way before our arrival. Our check in process was great. We were met by Josie with a fresh rum punch! She gave us all of the information that we needed including about the car that we rented through Sweet Escape. Communication throughout our stay was immediate and helpful. The house was very well equipped including drinking water and a cell phone for local calls if needed during your stay. Overall, everything was very well thought out for the comfort of the guests. The beds were very comfortable. Anything that you need for a great beach vacation is provided. We hope to return soon and will not hesitate to stay here again. Cannot recommend more highly!

Katherine is very organized and informative. I was impressed with how attentive she was when he had situations occur when we needed her assistance. I would highly recommend this rental. It was great to have an activity for my kids at the property. they loved the kayaks and paddle boards!!!

I read all of the materials online on this property, plus several notes from Katherine, the host. EVERYTHING was just as advertised! I am so glad that we rented the white SUV as we went all over TCI during our stay. The only thing I would do differently: go in June when there are 4 more hours of daylight!

Exactly what we were looking for, clean and great owner communication!
We wanted an affordable spot on a very expensive island, and we also needed space for 4 people - my husband and I and our college-age kids. There are two bedrooms with en-suite baths, and the beds are comfy, baths updated and well appointed, plenty of closets. We used the pull-out in the living room as well. Having the powder room upstairs helped a lot, since both baths are accessed through the bedrooms. The property also has a guest house and offers two rental cars, so this is a good spot for a group to rent out both houses. There is a grill and screened porch, the porch was handy for workouts, since the island is both far too hot for jogging and there's nowhere nearby with sidewalks or safe roads for walking anyway. The canal has a nice updated dock for loading the kayaks - I would have liked to use them but we didn't have time. We also booked two days with the pontoon, and captain Nardo was a fantastic tour guide. We spent one of the days circling the entire island, snorkeling and lunching and enjoying the ride all the way. Highly recommend this! Communication with the owner was easy and frequent, the property was spotless, beds are comfortable, and the day we checked out there was maintenance work being done to the gutters and landscaping, showing good management. There's a little outbuilding with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. None of the stuff is brand new, but on an island like this that's to be expected. 10-15 min drive to everything.

Your own Private Paradise!
From the moment we began exploring Sweet Escape in Provo as a possible vacation site, Katherine was most helpful. She offered extensive details about the property and all the best spots in Provo. We used the airport taxi service that Katherine offers. Our pickup from the airport was seamless. We were met by the property manager who had a fresh pitcher of damaging rum punch! She provided a map of the island with insider tips. The house was private, spotless, with comfy beds, and kitchen was stocked with everything needed for dinners at home. We snorkeled on our first full day at Turtle cove. The reefs and fish were stunning! Make sure you use the baby soap to keep the provided snorkeling gear fog free! Our second day was by far our favorite. We rented the pontoon boat and added on the lobster/conch dive! Our captain JD was absolutely amazing. He was entertaining, accommodating, and very skilled at his craft. On the other days we just spent time on the beach paddle boarding(with the SUPs provided). Use Katherine’s guides—they have great reccos. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Economic Way to do TCI!
Katherine and Josie provide everything you need to have a lovely vacation in TCI and the cost is EXTREMELY economical, especially compared to the resort costs! The house had everything we needed and they went above and beyond to help us have a great vacation. Make sure to read the book of tips in the house, it has great info!

Comfortable Villa
Villa was comfortable, clean, bright. Beds were comfortable . Enjoyed the screened deck in the mornings and evenings. AC worked well. Well stocked. Private location. Getting around to different areas was easy. Enjoyed the kayaks, SUP, snorkel and beach gear. Katherine is an amazing host. Very responsive and informative, so helpful with everything.

This is a very comfortable and spacious vacation home with excellent internet, TV and air conditioning. The TV has a great selection of channels as well as Netflix and YouTube. The wireless internet works great and is very consistent throughout the house. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The back yard is on a canal with clear water. There are kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy as well. The house's location is a few minutes drive to Turtle Cove marina and the majestic Grace Bay beach is easy to get to by car as well. The decor is up to date, the shower works fine and the beds are great. The host quickly responds to requests, and we got a nice fruit punch to enjoy when we checked in.

Perfect vacation
Our stay at the great escape villa exceeded our expectations! The place was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with anything you need! Katherine was so helpful and responsive and we really enjoyed our vacation to the max with all the helpful advice and information that was provided from beaches, restaurants, grocery shopping and private boat rental. Our 4 kids had the best time and we had all the comforts of home and more. Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, bikes, and kayaks were all available! The place was so centrally located and was an easy drive to Grace Bay and Sapodilla which our kids loved best! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Perfect vacation villa
From the moment we interacted with Katherine, we knew we had found the perfect spot for our vacation. This spotless villa (thanks Josie!) had everything we need for a relaxing trip - snorkeling gear, floats, SUPs, kayaks, and working beach chairs. Katherine's recommendations in her vacation binder were fabulous. It was like having a dedicated concierge. The best recommendation, by far, was to charter a boat with Captain Brian (aka Cobra) for two days. Diving for lobster and conch followed by a beach BBQ was an unforgettable experience! I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Great vacation in Turks and Caicos
My husband and I spent 17 days at Sweet Escapes and our adult son joined us for 7 days. The property is exactly the same as the photos and was very clean. We had a very positive experience with the booking process, communication (Katherine). Josie, the property manager, met us at check-in and was very pleasant to deal and responsive to requests throughout our stay. We have been to TCI many times so know the island well. For first timers, Katherine put together a very detailed description of where to go and what to do while on island. Be sure to visit the lovely beaches and fabulous restaurants while there. The location is a close drive to most things as it is a small island. You do need a car and we rented from Grace Bay which has pick up and drop off at the airport. Taxis are expensive. A couple of downsides - the location is on the flight path of the airport. The flights are mainly in the afternoon so not a problem at night. There are also dogs in the area which can bark quite a bit but do not approach or bother you otherwise.

Beautiful Stay at Sweet Escapes
Enjoyed a week long stay at Sweet Escapes Villa. Katherine was very easy to communicate with and was able to provide transport to and from the airport. Josie was at the villa upon arrival and allowed us to change at villa to go to beach prior to official check in time. The villa was super clean and spacious. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We utilized Katherine’s suggestion book and were not disappointed. The villa is in a convenient midway location on the island providing for minimal driving direction in either way. The shed is well stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment and beach accessories. We rented the Sante Fe and it was perfect for the island driving - able to handle any terrain appropriately. Had a lovely stay at the house and would recommend the house to anyone :)
