It does take a bit to get to town for food/beaches, but once the weather cleared and we got used to the roads we enjoyed our stay! "So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it. The women in our group had concerns about bugs, but considering the location, the layout of the place (mostly open air), and it being an eco-friendly environment, that was expected. "Nothing but good things to stay about nosara and this place me, my husband and our 1 year old got to call home for a week and a half. "Our stay was wonderful. Dani was so great and would honestly try to book another VRBO if Dani was the coordinator. We opted to use the shuttle service to get to and from the VRBO which I would recommend as we arrived shortly after 6pm and it was pitch dark.
