Sailing on the ocean
Very clean ! Probably the best stocked rental we’ve had! The waves crashing into the sea wall was a great experience! At times it was like sitting on the deck of a cruise ship as it cut thru the waves! Loved staying here! Our host Alana was super and responded very quickly to any questions we had!

AMAZING!
The cleanest and most well appointed place we have ever stayed in Rocky Point! Very private, great views, beach to yourself, communication from host 10+ with welcome packets, tequila/salt/lime, water and music! Ocean views from both masters, great patio furniture, comfortable beds and pillows, amazing linens. Alana the host is quick to answer any questions, steady internet connection, kitchen well stocked and high quality appliances. I forgot the rain shower heads! I usually list some cons but can't think of any! We will definately return, a star among VRBOs!

Best. Stay. Ever!
This was our son and his fiancé’s first trip to Rocky Point; we were all wowed by the house, the ease of checking in, and Alana’s responsiveness! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, amazing views, and the home felt just like that: a home. Spacious, yet cozy and the perfect amount of room for four adults. The home is decked out with everything you could need and more; we so enjoyed our stay, and can’t wait to return to Casa Ciao!!

Fantastic Stay!
My spouse and I and 2 of our friends rented this property recently for a 3 day weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time. Not only was the place beautiful and clean and a wonderful location on the quiet beach of Los Conchas, our hostess Alana was incredibly accommodating! She had a welcome gift for us upon arrival, and a print out of all available services during our stay, which were many. We brought our own paddleboards, and were able to paddle out directly from the property beach each morning with ease... we even got to paddle alongside passing dolphins one morning! We were able to walk to the estuary, and could eat at the local oyster farm attached. Alana is very prompt with communication responses and very kind. We will definitely be staying here again and recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a more quiet, relaxed part of Rocky Point. What our hosts didnt know is that my spouse had just lost his father one week before, and we were coming to celebrate Dia De Los Muertos, so this was an especially sensitive time for us. Thank you Alana for making our trip so memorable, we appreciate you and your beautiful, soul-soothing place!

Clean, gorgeous, spacious, private, well-appointed beachfront home with the best views from the best patio in Las Conchas. Our hosts offered absolutely every resource and accommodation available for an exceptional stay. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

I will only rent from Alana and Richard from now on.
Very clean, perfect location, everything you need, very comfortable beds. They even have sets of different pillows that fit your comfort. Perfect amount of space. Bedrooms on opposite ends for more privacy. Bathrooms are beautiful , large shower and extra toiletries if needed . Pictures don’t do this home justice. They sure thought of Everything. Large full windows to watch the waves . Lower deck is set up with hammock and fire pit with chairs. The sand is even smoothed so no foot prints from others staying before. The perimeter walls are perfect to still watch and hear the waves but also there so you can have a fire. They were there for me every time I reached out and I did almost every day. They responded within minutes and were very kind , professional and so very helpful. This vacation was for my 50th birthday and they had special gifts for me when I arrived. So thoughtful. They reached out to let us know a couple nights were available and they gave us special rate. This home these people and this beautiful location gave me the best memory. I’ll cherish forever. Thank you guys so much!

The property was even better than we thought. The view was incredible from every room and especially the two decks. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom setup was great. Easy access to the beach from the private concrete steps. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location
We have been traveling to Rocky Point for over 40 years. From camping on the beach to renting homes on the beach. Casa Ciao is by far the most beautiful, well equipped, everything worked in the home that we've stayed in. The location at the end of Las Conchas is wonderfully quiet and the beach is pure sand. Communication with Alana was excellent and the information provided to us on the website and our check-in package was super informative. All in all a great place to stay and we'll be back. Thanks Alana!

Simply amazing
This is by far the best rental we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Instantly upon arrival you are swept away to a beach side oasis, the sea wall at high tide is breathtaking , and the sound of the ocean at night soothes your soul. The owners are so gracious, and thoughtful, and everything is so clean and well kept. Kiddo friendly, iconic architecture, and front row beach scenery make this a must experience. This is a gem in a world that tends not to shine. 10/10 we will be back soon!

Best Property, Management, and Location
Everything was as advertised and more. Management Team is A+ As someone that works in the vacation rental business, I cannot say enough about Alana and her staff. The attention to detail was impeccable. The maintenance to the property was impressive. No deferred maintenance on a beach front property is a hard feat to accomplish and they do it and make it look easy. We felt like we were VIP guest staying at a luxury beach front villa. Alana was in constant communication throughout our stay taking care of all our needs. Everything from kayak rentals to arranging wonderful massages for us on the veranda. She even welcomed us with bottle of tequila, limes and salt with a personal note. The location was wonderful. Located at the end of the community it was private and the beach was sandy and easy to access to splash and play in the water. The views were AMAZING of the water/beach and the star gazing at night was MAGICAL. Beautiful views of the aqua blue water from every room, left me wanting to never leave the property. The property comes with everything you could think of from beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, fire pit, grill. The linens, towels and beds are of the best quality. No corners are cut here. We cannot wait to return to our home away from home!

Perfect Location
The beach directly in front of the property is flat with no rocks. Straight down the stairs to all beach/water activities. The home has everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay. The upper veranda has views to die for and the traffic is minimal due to its location. Let Alana and Rick spoil you with perfection. We will be back!

Fabulous family fun!
Fabulous property. So clean and well cared for making for a very comfortable stay. Loved being able to communicate directly with the owner. We've been visiting Rocky Point for years and this is by far our favorite rental. Nice welcome with the margarita fixings. Very comfortable beds with the freshest smelling linens ever! We will definitely look to rebook in the future!
