Great View
Nicely decorated and spacious with most colorful accents on the outside! Comfortable bed and spectacular patio to relax and take in the sea. Noisy refridgerator is the only complaint.

Great beach getaway
The casita was perfect for a mother daughter getaway. My daughter lives in Alaska and really appreciated the sun and warm ocean! We were comfortable and had everything we needed. Because of the border closure we were virtually the only people in the area and enjoyed our private beach immensely! The flocks of pelicans were mesmerizing to watch skimming over the calm waters, and we loved the gorgeous sunsets. We were so happy we could bring our dog with us. She LOVED the beach! The only downside was the flies, about which we were warned, but the provided coils helped, and the breeze on the upper deck helped keep them at bay. Jack and Joni were so helpful. Jack phoned me before we left to let me know about the border closure and offered to reschedule us. We elected to come anyway, getting through at Lukeville the day before it closed. Jack assured me that the drive to the border crossing near Yuma was safe, and we made it through with no problem on our return. We enjoyed dinners and a breakfast at places Joni and Jack recommended. We barely scratched the surface of Puerto Penasco's delights and will surely be back and hope to stay at this treasure of a casita again.

Great Location!
This place was great. Location was great. It was clean and you’re steps from the shore. The only issue we had was with the key not working that well. It took a few minutes to get inside each time we came back to the residence. It got resolved though. Overall, it totally worth it.

Everything was perfect. We loved the quietness of the 5 mile beach walks at sunrise and sunset. Best relaxing trip to Rocky Point area we ever had.

Las Conchas Getaway
This comfortable casita is lovely, clean, has a great view. Hosts are next door. They are very welcoming and helpful. The beach is down a slope so walking back up is a good workout. There are also stairs one can use. The beach and sea are gorgeous. We were there during the week, not weekend, so few others were around.

Our Rocky Point Stay with Our Dogs
We always have a difficult time finding Rocky Point villas to rent with our dogs. This place was very nice and comfortable. We met the owners and they were also very friendly. The only problem was the strong winds causing banging noise throughout the first night. Plus we were very upset when VRBO collected an extra $200 from our bill (unbeknownst to us) . We booked online - NOT on a VRBO site.

Slice of Paradise
Clean, super comfy, and the view- is knockout gorgeous. Minutes walk to the private beach and an easy commute to tdowntown. The hosts were very adorable and kind. They sent us to their favorite fish seller and he raved at how nice Jack and Jody were. We were Blessed to have stayed in such a perfect slice of beauty!

Nice and Quiet Beach.
Our check in process was a little rough due to cell phone problems when arriving in Mexico. We did not receive the instructions to get into the property until after reaching out to Evolve. The hosts did provide good local information about dining and places to visit. The beach was wonderful! It is a bit of a hike back up over the dunes.

Perfect getaway
The location was fantastic. Easy beach access. The Casita really is a perfect stay for 2. Property owners were very helpful and friendly. Amenities in the are were better then expected. Small convient store close by. Also a local delivery company that will bring you great food or groceries.

Perfect Place to Stay Away from It All
First, we have stayed at many VRBO's over the years. Thank you for the terrific cleanliness of the Casita - one of the best we have ever stayed in !! Wonderfully charming - perfect size for two. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to enjoy every meal at home should you choose ! The owners were very easy to contact via text and were very helpful. Beach access is limited if you have difficulty with mobility. An ideal location if you want peace, quiet, sun, sand, and warm water !!

Perfect Couple’s Getaway
This is my second time renting this property. It is the perfect size/price/location for two people. We’ve stayed all over Las Conchas and this has the BEST unobstructed views. It’sa short walk to the beach. Even with all our gear, we did not need a vehicle transport. The property is literally across the street from beach access. Hosts were communicative and the house was well appointed. We will definitely stay again!
